Absolutely rude and incompetent employees. I purchased a shirt about 3 months ago, and the employee could not find the security tag to remove at that time. Later on, I finally had a time to drive 1 hour and go back to the store to have it removed. There was a hole under it, and obviously I did not want it anymore, and the store did not have the replacement. Obviously the tag was removed, and I they could not find the item in many receipts I had (I had multiple receipt worth about $1000). They checked their database and told us you have not purchased the item. Are you accusing me of being a thief? Seriously? After long discussion, they did not reimburse me for the price I paid, and the trouble I have gone through. Instead, they gave me a store credit card for less value. I would never walk to that...

Great store to shop for clothing savings, cant beat them! Friendly store associates! Very clean and organized! One thing to keep in mind, the management of the outlet mall for some unknown reason closes the rest rooms after 3 pm. I only found one open. I had a person with me in a wheelchair and let me tell you that is a major problem trying to find one that did not have a "temporary cosed" sign. Visited this store Sept 1st. Girl greeted at door with 25% off coupon if I sent message to my phone. I informed her I already had a 30% off coupon. She said I could use both so I took time to message myself. I asked another salesperson when I was looking at jeans if I could use the 30% and 25%. She also said yes.
