Horrible store management, customer service, and security personnel. Came here for Black Friday with my girlfriend and understandably stood outside for quite some time (no problem with this, it's the nature of shopping on that day).
While waiting and politely asking for updates on the wait time to security, we were told by security we shouldn't be shopping there if we were upset with standing outside (which we weren't complaining about, just asking for updates) and that because security wasn't at home with their family it was our choice to be out shopping. Which was not the kindest of message. No updates were given other than "I could be home right now, so could you" from security.
Once inside the store, all sales associates were more concerned with avoiding talking to anyone until they were addressed first. This was not due to the amount of people in the store, because security only let 15 people into the store at one time. My girlfriend had to go out of her way to find someone to find a size in a shoe because all associates were in the back of the store at the same time. When the shoes were brought out and we were about to make a purchase, but needed a slightly smaller size, we were told to make room for "paying customers" and no one then addressed her to ask if she needed anything else. She stood for several minutes, with a box of shoes in hand, and no one addressed her except to tell her to move out of the way. Mind you, only 15 people were allowed in at a time.
Management of the store clearly does not care about customer care. Associates clearly could care less as well. And we understand it is a stressful shopping experience on Black Friday for associates and customers, but they had the least amount of people in front of them at one time and performed the worst of any store we were in that day.
We did not purchase anything because it was impossible to get anyone to help you.
Other reviews seem to tell a similar tale and I'm not surprised. Would not shop here again. Got stuff from Michael...
Read moreIf there is negative, I don’t even want to give a star! Horrible customer service. The sells associate are not friendly and helpful at all. Been here 3 times, never greets us and acts like none of their business ( throwing customers of their bad attitude and annoying face ) .
Went there yesterday, my sister in-law wanted to buy a new shoe. I was taking care of her 7 years old son and 2 years daughter, while my sister in-law was looking at the shoes section. One of the sells associate in a very unprofessional way, yelling to our little boy “ The couch is not for jumping, move! “ . But actually he just kneel on the couch, waiting for her mommy. Beside, they made us really feel uncomfortable, is it because of we are Asian?!
The other bad experience was last Black Friday, from lining up outside the store ( due to the crowd, we totally understand because of the holiday season) until we are inside. The security and the sells associate were given us their attitude. The security keep telling the customer he can’t spend his time with his family, he needs to go home... The sells associate ignored their customer. People like praying the associate can be called?!
I understand that the store has limited space and most of the time is crowded. However, this store management must look into this poor customer service matters, needs to well trained their staff. Most of the reviews for this store are negative. I very disappointed with my shopping experience at this store, I will not recommend and never return. Please learn from Coach, we always had a great time shopping with Coach. Their staff are friendly...
Read moreWe went on a cold Friday January morning. There weren't too many shoppers. The shop had like 10 employees. I'm a new Tory Burch shopper. I had bought a pair of flats full price from the website, but wanted to check the prices at outlet in person. The sales people were attentive and friendly upon entry into store.
I am not usually an outlet shopper but i think you can get away with buying shoes from here. The bags, I'm not sure, I would buy from here. The bags looked like older models and seemed stiff. I always heard outlet products are made specifically for outlets with inferior materials. However, the shoes, appeared ok and had the typical Tory Burch medallion logo my husb hates. I got 2 pairs. One pair of flats for $103 & another pair $140. Typically, full price they are $230 & up. I figured shoes get dirty and scuffed up over time & one wouldn't notice a lower quality of outlet shoes as much. I have so many shoes and sneakers that I rotate use of my shoes so all my shoes will look new for long time. Anyhow, the selection of shoes was great that were 50% off with an additional 20% off. They are classics and will look great this...
