If I could rate a 0 I would. The managers at this store were not at all understanding or accommodating. I purchased items after labor day and when I tried to make a return it was apparently 3 days past the 30 day return window and they refused to make any discretion for the fact that my family had been sick and I could not make it any sooner. The one said she would do it then the other whispered something to her and then all of a sudden the computer "locked her out" and she couldn't do it. I will never again shop at this store, as a former retail manager, I know there is always a manager override option, you type your pin number in and it lets you process it. I also know your regional manager isn't following up on those kinds of overrides u less there is a suspicious amount of them. I'm incredibly disappointed that in a time of COVID an exception could not be made for a customer that was impacted by illness. ...

Excellent customer service at this location. I received a wristlet wallet as a gift two months ago, and the bracelet part of the wristlet broke. Nothing was wrong with the wallet part, I just did not have the band anymore because when it broke I lost it. No questions asked, they completely replaced it for a brand new one. Alls I wanted was a new band so I can wear it as a wristlet again, but they insisted on giving me a brand new one saying that should never happen with their products. They were super helpful and friendly, and it was obvious they genuinely care about their customer satisfaction. Will definitely be shopping there more often because of their quality...

I had a terrible experience at this store. I had already bought some bags for gifting the previous day and wanted to return one. The minute I entered the store with the returnable bad in my hand the associate asked to check the receipt with an accusing look. Then when I asked for help with certain bags she was rude again. The conversation felt very racial and she was really nice to the next customer but not me. This is the first time every I felt so at the store which I have been going to many a times.
