I visited the ZALES OUTLET in Pottstown at the end of April looking for my husband’s wedding band—and, selfishly, to browse Mother’s Day gifts for myself—and let me just say, my socks were WOWED off! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Nicole, the store manager, who is an absolute standout. She’s incredibly personable, intuitive, and knowledgeable about all types of jewelry for both men and women. We connected instantly and even made future plans to get our ears pierced together—yes, she’s that friendly and fun! My visit was multifaceted, and Nicole handled everything with professional grace and a personal touch. She took the time to hand design my dream multi-stone Mother’s Day ring—with placeholder stones for our future children—which made the experience deeply meaningful. She also helped me pre-select men’s wedding bands, pulled several gorgeous pieces, and walked me through their incredible sales, discounts, and financing options. With her help, we set a budget and planned a return trip with my husband for his own personalized experience. Thanks to Nicole, ZALES OUTLET, and their leasing program, we were able to get his dream wedding band and a stunning Amethyst ring for me. When we returned, Nicole was thoughtfully nearby to make my husband’s experience just as special. She even reviewed all the perks of the Lifetime Diamond Commitment and warranty—so worth it! Nicole also hooked us up with new band sizer inserts, and both of our visits felt budget-friendly, secure, and genuinely special. Though we expected the band to take three weeks for sizing, Ryan (who’s also wonderful and has helped me before) called us even earlier than expected to pick it up—so exciting!

Read moreMy boyfriend and I wanted to get a promise ring made for me. So we went into the store April 26th because I had to get my finger sized and all that jazz. So we talked to two employees. Both were very helpful. We made the ring how we wanted it to look. They stated that if we ordered the ring to come to the store, we were offered that it was covered for life. So if any jewels fell out ect it would be covered for free. So we took that option. BIG mistake. After two weeks, we called the store because it’s been a bit since we actually placed the order. They said that the process took a little bit longer since it is custom made. We would get a call or email when the ring gets there. A month passes by. By this time it’s around the end of May. I get an email on May 30th saying that my order has been RETURNED. So the minute I got that email my boyfriend went into the store the next day (I live an hour away from him and he lives not to far from the zales). They told him after much debating, they said that the ring was actually at the store May 16th, no one checked it in as “IN STORE/READY FOR PICKUP” so it was sitting in the back room. Since “no one claimed it” they sent it BACK. No call was made to me. No email was sent to me that the ring was there. So at this point I’m furious. So then they said that the situation is going further into investigation which would take another 7-10 business days. After that, my boyfriend was on a 2 week vacation, and still no notifications about the investigation. He later went back to the store after he got home and then he was told the ring was sent to a Zales in Texas. The ring was then supposed to be shipped to the right zales location, but instead it was sent back to the Zales Warehouse, unable to be sent again to the right Zales because they were already going to recycle the ring and basically have us go through the whole process again. Which we are NOT doing.

As the daughter of a woman who is noted as the Queen of Bling, I am insanely intune and picky when it comes to customer service and my jewlery. Zales service has been wonderful the last few times, but today was just phenomenal!
Reese was so super sweet and helpful from the moment my aunts, mother in law, and i walked through the door. None of us were really looking for anything specific, but I believe most of us found things that caught our eye. I know my mother in law made a purchase with the other woman who was there, she was also really kind and took the time to tell us about different things Zales offers when my mother in law was looking to purchase a necklace for a cousin as a wedding gift, but I didn't catch her name. My one aunt bought a pair of earrings, I believe, with Reese then as well in the meantime. Reese also helped me two difference ways first by checking the diamonds of my Tolkowsky engagement ring since I believed that one had been replaced with a fake because it just did not look right when it got back from repair (when i asked the store it was repaired through and purchased through I was gaslighted into thinking it was just the lighting when really the setting is off and the diamond was not clean) and then the second time when all of us were about to leave, but this beautiful Ankh necklace caught my eye.
