I ordered a specialty shed from this company. The shed is awesome. It went above my expectations. It’s well-made well insulated I couldn’t be more pleased, without going into detail I needed the shed put up immediately after my old shed was torn down. They informed me when I purchased the new shed that it would probably be two days after they tore down my old shed until they would get the new shed up. I told them my dilemma and why I needed the shed put right back up immediately again I don’t wanna explain my details as to why, but I did need the shed put back up immediately after the old one was torn down. I figured I’d have to wait two days after the shed was torn down, but they came in tore down my old shed and within a half hour had a new shed up and beautiful. If you want to buy a shed and be treated with respect I recommend this company highly! shout out to Tonya and Amy for your kindness and shout out to the person or persons that made this beautiful shed. The sales team at Lapp Structures was amazing! Although we spoke to several employees at Lapp Structures, Tonya was our go to person. After walking with Tonya through their facility and observing the detailed differences of the structures on site, she was able to provide us an estimates and images for us to review at our own leisure. Without the pressure of deadlines, we were able to review color choices, make last minute changes and even have an on site evaluation for delivery to ensure us that our shed and it’s delivery would arrive without any concerns or last minute regrets. Just received my shed from Lapp Structures a few weeks ago and I'm delighted with it! They did a tremendous job, and you could see the expertise and attention to detail in the construction. From start to finish they did everything to accommodate my wants and needs. Sam followed up to add the cupola and critter guard and to make sure everything was done appropriately. Amy, Tyler and Sam from the main location were absolutely wonderful! And special kudos to Tonya from the local retailer in Royersford to make sure I was happy!
