I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. I work in a very busy building with many colleagues. We all work in different departments often visit this restaurant for lunch usually take out due at the time limits. Today We all placed an order of multiple tacos, Firstly, upon arrival, the young cashier didn’t know how to figure out how to split the orders up so we just paid together. I thought we split them up already over the phone. The issue I have today is that we were only given one red and one green sauce, in a very small container to split amongst three people. We asked them for one more additional sauce of red and green. The cashier told us we had to pay for them. We didn’t understand why we had to pay for them Because we had three separate orders. Fast-forward to calling and asking for the manager, where the manager tried to explain that we had to have separate orders To receive more sauce. I tried to explain to him that we did have several orders. We tried to split the order up with the cashier but she did not know how to do that so for the sake of making it easier on her we just paid together. The manager said it was policy to charge customers for more “to go” sauce and we can come back to get the sauce. I fortunately we only get 30 mins of lunch so that’s not an option. Keep in mind if we sat down to eat we get a court of each sauce at the table….. Am I in the twilight zone?
We have had other various issues at this location recently with receiving change when we paid cash. The same cashier didn’t give us our change. We asked her where’s my change and she said “I don’t have any change” she didn’t say anything when she initially shut the drawer, we had to ask for our 52 cents. I can care less about the 52 cents but she didn’t even say anything like I’m sorry for inconvenience. My point is if I was 52 cents short I wouldn’t be getting my food but they can gladly steal my money and not tell me unless I ask. Count your change everyone: My department is done with this place. Read moreTerrible customer service and overall experience. We put in an online order for pick up. When I arrived, all the lights were off in the building and no one was in the front at the register. After waiting for a few minutes and having no one come help me, I looked around the corner and two workers were sitting at a table on their phones oblivious to a customer. When they noticed, I gave her the name for our order and she asked if we had veggie tacos. I let her know we did not, our order was a variety of meat tacos. She left and another female worker came to help me. She gave me my fiancés first and last name for the order and handed me a bag. When I got home, I realized she had given me the veggie taco order I specifically told both of them was not our food. When I called to let them know the order was wrong and that I would bring this food back to get our correct order, she told me they have no other orders there and can only refund us. She refused to make our correct food order and told us if they make the food (the food we already paid for and did not receive) we would have to pay for it again. She confirmed our order number and the food we placed and saw they gave us the wrong food but told us no one else called to complain that they got wrong food… After explaining multiple times they gave us the wrong order and it was at their fault and they should make the correct food which we already paid for, she just kept repeating they will not give us the food and we would need to call corporate for the refund. When I asked her for the number to call, she told me she didn’t know it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! It’s a shame we won’t be doing business...
Read moreI hate leaving negative reviews... and I am ALL for understanding an isolated mistake as that happens obviously in any business. However, we have been frequent customers ever since the Royersford location opened. We loved the food & how consistent every time we ordered in the beginning. Unfortunately in the last few months... there has been a mistake on every order we made. We have a large family & when having guests from out of town we have told them this is the best around our area. We spend no less than $60-$100 on average for each order. In July we never even received a meal in our order. Called immediately & were told we would be credited. Never was. Emailed on the website... no response. Gave it another shot tonight & once again... order was wrong. Called to talk to the manager.... he couldn't help us. Offered no credit or refund. Told us to call tomorrow to talk to the manager on duty. 'Passing the buck' to the next shift apparently. Never any resolve from previous mistakes. I really do want to see ANY of our local business thrive... but if this poor customer service continues? I don't see how they can. Truly, I am regretful to leave a poor review. I hope that maybe someone in the business will read it & help make...
