Robert Graham Outlet — Local services in Limerick Township

I have been a regular customer of the outlet store in the Sanatoga PA outlet location. A little over a month ago, I was there purchasing several items and inquired of the store manager Aaron, about where I might be able to purchase one of the mannequins his store uses, as my wife has been looking for one. Aaron said that he had a couple of old ones he wasn't using in the back of the store and he would reach out to his district manager or office to inquire as to if he could sell it and for what price. He promised to follow up within a week. He never did!

Despite many attempts to get an answer one way or the other, having left messages with the store, sent emails etc. he has never responded with an answer, even to say he couldn't sell one. During my conversation with Aaron, he praised himself in respect to how customer service focused he was. Can't say how much I Love this store. The experience is unlike anything. The treatment you receive at this store is second to none.
