As I walked in, I was greeted by a female staff member. I asked her about a black quilted Rowan bag and she mentioned that she never heard of that model and Coach probably only carries it online. She had no clue the bag was actually sold in the store and was exposed on the shelves.
Then another staff member, Charles, helped me. I pointed out that most of the quilted Rowans that they had in store were scratched or had other defects. He continued to help me, but at the same time was bothered and had a bored attitude whenever I asked him to find a bag without any defects. At the end of the day, I'm 9 months pregnant, I work hard for everything that I have and I want to purchase an item without flaws.
Another staff member mentioned that the quilted leather is more sensitive and scratches easier, which I already knew. I told him that if I purchase something, I would like to be the one that potentially damages the product, not someone else. Read moreTook my mom to buy Coach bags for gifts for her friends and family. My mom bought 7 bags. She got extra 10% off because it was her birthday. We came back the next few days to exchange 3 bags with more expensive bags. The cash register clerk said she can't apply the 10% discount on the 3 exchanged bags. I was like, "Why not? These are exchanges." She said she'll ask the manager. The manager came and said the same thing. We were upset, but we didn't complain, didn't say anything. We just left the store upset. As we were walking out, the store manager yells sarcastically, "YOU'RE WELCOME!" and a few seconds later... "HAVE A NICE DAY!" Do they treat all of the customers this way? Read moreI visited this store on Sunday and wasn’t sure about a bag I saw. I decided to pass on it in the store but then later decided to place the order for the bag. It was sold out online so I called in on Monday. They still had one left and was able to put the bag on hold for me. While they were processing my order on Tuesday, they realized the charm that came with the bag was missing.
