I went to this store at 5:30pm to shop. The sign on the door said “open come in” however the doors were locked. The employee came to the door to tell me they were closed but she couldn’t flip the sign to closed. I explained how it doesn’t make sense to do something like that and asked to get the managers information. At that point she told me her manager wouldn’t care and is fine with it and wouldn’t give me the number. The store is supposed to be open until 9 pm. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be going back to this store. I made a complaint and the store will be fined due to the early closing. awful. went in for my young brother since i told him i would buy him something and he found a stuffed animal with no price marked and as we we’re going to ask the price i had stopped to look at something else when the a male worker approached and asked us very rudely (and basically yelling) if we were buying the stuffed animal and when we said we would like to know the price he cut us off and told us the price and walked away and told the other worker that no one can carry the stuffed animals around the store. i’m sorry but that is not marked anywhere in the establishment. we walked out right away and gave NONE of our money. one of the rudest employees i have ever met, will not...

Horrible in store experience. Instead of greeting us, the tall salesperson told us no food or drink because we had a pretzel in the paper bag. See attached. Seriously, auntie aunts is next door and we didn’t even open the bag. All of us have mask on too. Why would we eat in your store?! Guess what?! He is the one eating at the store.
