8/5/21 update: Bruce’s response is pretty sad. Telling people to check others reviews is saying to discredit my experience I’ve been having. He did say he would take care of Rick’s mistake with the wrong bullets but I told him The Gun Room was kind to swap their mistake. Bruce wants me to solely Hold Taurus responsible which I’m holding everyone responsible. I did call Cabela’s and that is the information I was told and so told Bruce that I had a feeling the gal misunderstood that I brought the gun from Cabela’s when I didn’t. I told Bruce I don’t have all this time to do research he’s asking me to do when it’s part his responsibility to help make this right. He also lied and said Taurus pays for shipping and all that. They told me he would have to send my gun back or it would cost me money. Bruce, you need to just accept that I, a customer of yours, didn’t have good customer service, was sold wrong bullets and you need to help make the customer service better and right. And to be truthful and accurate, it was 50 rounds! And Cabela’s said they would purchase the firearm back, not refund me.

Worst service ever!!!! Bought my Taurus on Mother’s Day weekend. Was only able to use my gun 1 time and the 2nd time it began to jam. To begin with, I was sold 9mm bullets for my .40 caliber gun. Bruce blamed it on someone who’s retired and gone. When I finally got the right bullets, it began jamming. Calling Bruce and having him talk my ear off with senseless information and not being helpful in any way. I will never give this store business. He hasn’t bothered to make anything right and instead, wasted my time with senseless talking and said he called Taurus but didn’t bother to call me and doesn’t sound like he’s made any calls to...

I've been to this place with my husband a couple times and I personally admire the way they treat their customers, one of their staff has always been accommodating and made sure our needs were attended whenever need be. Apparently, he is an Infowars fan and we were so glad to find someone like us. Anyway, the the place is a little bit cramped but overall it seemed fine. We don't have a lot of choices in this town anyway, but a town like this I think its okay to try it out for people. A year later and I'm still going there, every week practically, favorite place in town, always nice to see new product, always find something to add to my wish list, love escaping the valley heat and much prefer the coastal weather...

I periodically check out the other gun stores near me to see if any deals can be had or what kind of prices they have. Been spoiled by Lincoln City Sporting Goods, every other place sells for too high a price with far less selection.
