Got a new bed and I am happy with it. However, I had asked if the price could be a bit better and I was told that the Serta brand was the same no matter what store I went to or other dealers. I found that not to be true. When I had a look at other stores for the same items. I feel a complete fool. I could have saved at least $2000.00 that I paid out for all the items I purchased at a couple of other retailers. Still, the delivery and set up was really good and I am happy with my new bed. No doubt about that. Have been waiting for a reimbursement check for an item that I did not need that I thought I might need and I still have not received it. I met Steve earlier in the day looking for a mattress for my RV. Steve was knowledgeable about the RV situation and indicated that they were typically 75 inches in length. I liked his demeanor and returned back home to measure my mattress needs. Turned out I had a standard Queen. Once home I thought I would check the internet to see if there were any deals before Black Friday. I found a similar mattress for about 1/2 the price in Salem. I started to leave for Salem, but decided to go back and give the local guy a shot. Steve verified that I was not BS'ing him about the offer in Salem and he offered a price that was close and saved me a 124 mile trip. I definitely like to shop local and will recommend Americas Mattress of Lincoln City...

I ordered a mattress on Dec 27 and was told it would be delivered the next day. On Dec 28 I was told the delivery truck was in the shop. The mattress will be delivered Dec 29. Today Dec 29, the delivery man called to say that they had no mattresses in the warehouse that matched my description . He called me back to tell me that Steve, the salesman/ owner?, Lincoln City store, had told him to wrap up a floor model and deliver it to me as new. I can't believe this guy hasn't been sued for fraud. I went it for a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.. Im going to try Nectar on line, at least they don't charge...
