I was in the store for 15 minutes talked with multiple employees all of them nice and told my wife and I to just ask them to see anything or ask if we had questions. We started looking at guitars and found one we wanted to purchase. Looking up to hand it to an employee to purchase, I Was told buy the employee running the mop that they had a no Hoodie policy! I asked him what that meant? As I nor my wife was wearing one. He insisted and I asked if that meant jackets as well? Both of our jackets were unzipped and I did not see the problem. He then said it was on the door and upon reading his own sign corrected himself and said he meant beanies. But he said it included hats! My wife took hers off upset because it was frizzing her hair and I asked him why. I have been in that store at least 20 times and to the other stores in there chain at least as many and no one has ever asked me to remove my hat "something that is always on my head". He doubled down and said we have to remove our hats because of "facial recognition" we carefully put the guitar back in the rack and informed him we will just leave instead! I'm not sure what provoked his to say something the other employees were very nice and I have seen most of them in there before. If this is a policy that the corporation wants to in force then they just lost...
Read moreI’ve been in this place many times my experience, has been that I don’t get acknowledged at all. Seems like most employees here lack people skills. That is a big way to turn me away from business. Each time I’ve attempted I’ll say except maybe a couple times it’s been the same experience. This type of behavior might run off and not bring business but run it away and looking at the prices, mine as well buy it new. It’s so annoying that it makes me not want buy from here at all. I Can’t anyone to acknowledge or engage they pick and choose who they want to engage. Can’t even ask one question about product because some but not all be fake busy behind the counter to where they feel they don’t have to help you at all. Bad look...
Read morePersonally, I haven't had any problems with this place. The staff is very friendly, and they were very up front and honest whether something would be of any value. I've gone to them a couple of times now, and have had a good experience each time. They made sure to tell me how the loan process worked, in relation to just doing a normal "sale" (where I had no intention getting it back). I have to say they are actually one of the better ones in town, as they don't try to hide anything from me as to how they operate loans or sales. I'd recommend this store for anyone who wants a simplified experience, and who's okay with them being honest as to how much...
