I will never eat here again!!! I ordered general cho’s chicken and they didn’t fully cook the chicken. The sauce was sweet not spicy at all which it is suppose to have a Spicy kick to it. Also, the sizes of the chicken were the size of a ten year olds fist, no wonder it was under cooked. The rest of my family would have rated only slightly better. I was so grossed out by the chicken that I couldn’t eat anything else from their. When I called, the lady hardly understood me and kept interrupting asking what was wrong with the food. Well lady I would love to tell you if you could be quiet for 5 seconds. She wanted me to come all the way back to prove the chicken was under cooked. I get fast food when I don’t have time or energy to cook usually because I’m busy, so why would I have time to go back? Their online prices were way off as well, we paid $40 for 4 meals and we received 3 meals that were decent enough last one grossed me out due to raw chicken. So now I’m starving and upset that the woman couldn’t do anything without me wasting time I don’t have to go back. Send out a coupon or reimburse the meal back to my credit card or at the very least, say sorry!...

I’ve been going here a few months, most of the time my food is a little messed up but it was okay, mainly I always asked for no ice in my drink and They overfill it with ice and I barely get any soda. The last time I went They forgot a side dish in my order so I called and spoke with an employee who told me to just come inside the restaurant for my missing side, then when I got there, I tried explaining my situation before I was cut off by an employee and then an old lady came out starting to argue with me practically calling me a liar and telling me bc the employee didn’t write my info I couldn’t get my missing side. Showing a reciept is useless because they only show the price of the order never list food items. Mind you it was less than $3 worth of food and I was trying to show my phone record where I did call and spoke to the employee but they refused to listen to me. They can keep the petty Change since I’m never wasting money here again. No matter how good the food is I rather go eat somewhere else that treats me like a valued customer and doesn’t try to...

The menu is really bizarre and is missing many typical chinese staple entrees. Not good food, proportions were all wrong, ordered sesame chicken (fried rice) combo. The taste of the food was awful, the oil was in major need of changing (you could taste it), fried rice is literally fried rice, normally this item would have veggies and eggs, etc. this did not. was way over-portioned on meat(3x meat to 1x rice.), ran out of rice less than 1/3 of the way through. The chicken was extremely dry. It was really odd to include an additional side entree too (sweet and sour pork?).My boyfriend was really excited to try this restaurant as they are right by our house, and we were both VERY disappointed. The restaurant needs to make a lot of changes to both service aspects and food quality/variety to be more desirable...
