AWFUL customer service!! And that's putting it lightly. To start with we ordered 2 kids meals, a regular cheeseburger with only ketchup, and a spicy jalapeno burger combo with onion rings and a MT dew. Get to the window and the guy is rolling his eyes and has an awful attitude. He hands us the food and there's a regular runza in place of the spicy jalapeno burger, French fries, and after checking the cheeseburger there's pickles and mustard. So we hand it back and say it's wrong. The guy gets a worse attitude and rolls his eyes even more. He closes the window and just stands there staring at us and saying things not-so under his breath. After 2 or 3 minutes of that, he opens the window and says to pull forward. Then slams the window shut. Roughly 5 minutes later they bring the food out. After getting home we realize they didn't even replace the onion rings as asked and we were still charged for them. Definitely won't be going back. My recommendation would be to...

I was at the runza located in the Belmont area last night around 8:30pm. I ordered 2 twist ice creams in a cup and a chocolate shake. The boy working the window handed me the ice cream and 2 chocolate shakes. I told him I only wanted one shake. He said, "shoot! I charged you for both of them. I don't know how to do refunds." and stood there looking at me. I said "I only want one." and he kept saying, "shoot, I don't know how to do refunds. We don't do refunds." I asked, "Is the manager here to show you how?" He said "hang on, I'll go get him." and walked away for a minute. He was talking to someone then came back to the window and said, "we don't do refunds." I left and called immediately and asked for the manager and was told he was not there. I asked for his name and was given it but just thought you should know what's going on and how disappointing it is for an employee to make the mistake and...

Please don't judge all Runza's by this review. I have said for years that Runza has always served the best fast-food burger ever! I love their bacon double cheese burgers and their crinkle fries! However, the crinkle fries were served cold and overcooked in old grease. So rather tersely, they said they would redo them. I really believe they put them back in the fryer, as they came back even more overcooked. I got my order at the drive-up window. So I was miles away when I finished the fries, and guess what, for the first time ever, my burger was not freshly grilled. It was cold, dry, and almost inedible. Very disappointing.
