AAA Ultimate Pawn — Local services in Lincoln

I do not normally leave negative reviews, but I went into this store and I had an unpleasant experience and felt that I should share with others to make them aware. I went into the store to look at engagement rings and first of all, I stood there and waited for help for at least 10 minutes and finally when I was helped I felt the employee rushed me, and was trying to sell me over priced rings. I told them my budget and they were attempting to get me to spend more. Once I told them I felt the rings they were showing me, were a bit over priced they simply walked away and proceeded to help other customers. I was also feeling uncomfortable because I was being stared at the entire time by the male employees. it just was not a very professional atmosphere. I went over to another local pawn shop on south 27th, not only did I find a ring that was exactly what I was looking for, but it was half the price and twice the ring that this store was trying to push on me. If I could leave zero stars I would. They have some new guy working in there and he tells everyone to go to his TikTok page. He does some commercial type things for the store, but then he has a bunch of ramblings and some he looks to be nude or at least partially. He has asked me more than once if I have viewed his content. It’s wild that the store would down their reputation by allowing their store employees to post advertisements of their shop on personal tik tok without possibly viewing it first?? I don’t know just a thought. Anyhow I now avoid this store at all costs as I don’t like this guys vibes. Too bad I used to love that store. I purchased a brand new ps4 controller from these guys on north 27th street, on December 21, 2021. (Or so I was told it was brand new anyways.) I bought it for my son for a Christmas present. Well, today is December 29, 2021…ONLY 8 days later. My son tried it out, and it’s glitchy and not working right. I went back in this evening, to try and exchange it, and they couldn’t help me at all. I’m pretty much out of luck, is what they told me, for not buying their warrantee. Shame on me for trying these guys out for the first time. We definitely will not be back!!!
