Whenever I want comfort food this place is one of my favorite places to go. Most of the front house staff are friendly and welcoming, and if you start coming here often they recognize and remember your usual order. Most of the time when I come in I'm asked how my family is and how I've been doing since my last visit, so I appreciate the neighborly vibe. Plus, as soon as you're seated you're brought water and complimentary hot tea, perfect when it's cold out. All the times I've ordered carry out my food has been made promptly, mirroring how fast I get it when I dine in.

I like starting with the egg drop soup, and usually get crab rangoon or the pot stickers for an appetizer. My usual standby for my entree is egg fried rice, but I've tried a handful of the chicken dishes, like the sweet and sour, and while sometimes the pieces of chicken can be a little gristly, overall it's tasty. They give you a full plate of food, and most of the time I take home leftovers for the next day's lunch. The sizzling rice soup comes in a bigger portion by default, so if you feel like sharing something delicious (or want this as your meal), this is a great and tasty option.

The decor is a bit dingy and dated, and after sitting in a handful of the booths you can tell they've lost a lot of the spring in the seat. It's a little annoying, but not worth asking to move. I'd really like to see them do some kind of redecorating or renovating, maybe brighten up the interior since it can be a bit dark in the dining room. But, I'll gladly sit in a slightly-sinking booth seat for a sizable and delicious...

This was my go-to eatery when I was in college. Just like the bar on Cheers, the people working there soon came to remember me, my usual order, and my need for accessibility. It’s been awhile since I’d last been here, but it still left me satisfied and impressed by those working there and the food they create. Though the Hot & Sour Soup recipe has been changed (and isn’t quite as good as in the past), the Egg Roll and Deep Fried Potstickers were pure perfection. They were perfectly fried and not at all greasy. The Beef with Black Mushrooms and Bamboo Shoots was as tasty as ever with just the right amount of sauce. I especially want to commend the delivery driver who went out of his way to fulfill my online order. I requested that my order come later in the day, but they showed up within thirty minutes. I told them I could just reheat it later when my friends arrived, but they wanted me to have it hot and fresh…which had them returning later at the designated time with a brand new bag of food! Now that’s what I call Customer Service! ...

I use to order from the place all the time however the last time the order was incorrect so I called to replace my part of the order cuz my son's order was fine. My son ate they replaced the Meat part of my order that was wrong and I got to eat cold rice with my meal since that wasnt replaced. I spoke to the manager about compensation because I have literally been a loyal customer for over a year since I came to town. However they do not do compensation for their mistakes or mess ups. When I called about to try seeing if I can get compensation I had already placed my order for that time and instead of compensation they've tried increasing the price and telling me that's always what the price been. Now I've been such a loyal customer that they know my order. I will now be looking for a new place when I want my...
