I love this place, I really do, the food is great and I love the bubble teas, but lately the service has been lacking a bit. Last visit I went with my daughter, I ordered ahead online and she ordered, for her and another person, when we got there. I got in line in front of her, to see if my order was ready and was given the ticket for my order, great. A few minutes later a bubble tea was placed on the counter which looked like mine, but no order # was given so I of course didn't touch it in case it was someone else's. After a 15min wait my daughter's # was called and she chose to go wait in the car, as it was quite full inside. After another 5 minutes I asked one of the people handing out orders if mine would be up soon, gave them my order #, mentioned I had placed the order online 30mins ago and had been waiting in the lobby for 20mins, they said they had the ticket and it would be ready soon. After another 10min wait I just got back in line, as the people handing out orders appeared to be ignoring me. When I finally got up to the register I was informed that I should have picked it up from the Uber spot and she pointed to it, I told her it wasn't an Uber order and all she did was show me the ticket where someone had written Uber on it. I again told her it wasn't an Uber order and asked if it was ready, she reluctantly went over grabbed a bag and slid it across the counter at me, then started helping the next person. But I still had no drink, so I waited until she finished taking that person's order and inquired about my bubble tea, at which point she went and grabbed the sad melted one that had now been sitting there for over 30mins and set it in front of me. I pointed this out and she asked why I hadn't taken it when it was put on the counter, so I explained that no # was given and her response was simply "we don't call out Uber order numbers". I wasn't going to bring up that it wasn't an Uber order again and simply asked if it could be remade. She turned around and said something to another person who was making drinks and it was remade. I will say, when the person who remade it was done, he did make an extra effort, going so far as to come around the counter to hand it to me and say thanks for waiting, which I appreciated. I will visit again most likely, as not all of my experiences have been like this, but this one has definitely left...
Read moreFull disclosure I used to work at this place. BUT got fired. This isn't about my work there and I don't even remember the name of owner because he was so unimportant in my life so my opinion is going to very unbiased and about the food itself. The Banh Mis itself are good. They are comparable to what I have had around the US, but they are the best in Nebraska mainly because the bread they use is specially made from them and not a hoagie bun from like Super Saver. Unlike places with like MN where I am at now, I wish they had the capability to bake their own bread so they can be fresh. But the meat is cooked fresh and the beef is of actual high quality rib eye, the veggies and mayo (it's not aoili they need to stop saying that. Aoili is garlic and olive oil only. Not yolk and oil) are made daily. What does make them stand out is their bubble tea. I have not yet encountered a place where they use actual fruit in their bubble teas. Every single place I've been to post use exclusively only powders and concentrate liquid with no fruit. This place actually puts fresh fruit in their bubble tea which gives it a much fresher taste than any other bubble tea that I have. Except for a couple, most of the fruit is actually hand cut and very fresh. So in conclusion. Best Banh MI in Nebraska. Best bubble tea...

Walking into the place, you get right to the point, you're there for a delicious sandwich, then your on your way.
