I stopped going for a certain reason you can call me crazy but everytime i go in their store there's this big black dude with glasses idk why but he always has a attitude and always claims that the things I have isn't valuable and can't do anything with it and always give me a hard time, and I'm a black man myself. BUT when it comes to the other guys(who are white) always tell me different. Like this one time they were all in the store and I came to him and he made it seem like the stuff I had was stolen when I bought it, then the other guys overheard it and I instantly stopped talking to dude because they where more understanding and made me feel more comfortable because I going through a rough time and need some extra cash to last me the following week. After a few times I came to pawn something else he wasn't there, successful pawns right. Next time big dude was in there and guess what, a different story.He still felt some type of way about that day because he thought he knew what he was talking about especially with the prices. He even brought it up🤣🤣 but It was the same thing........we can't this and that because of.........naw he was just salty that day I just completely stopped talking because he gave me a hard time like always and I still got money for the stuff he said wasn't valuable enough x2. Thieves work here, The Mrs. went into look with friends, was looking at earrings. took hers off to try others on, got distracted by the granddaughter of the manager. Her earrings disappeared /got moved /picked up of course didn't realize she didn't have them when she left as it was close to closing time turned around and went back but they were closed already! Went there before they opened 8-5-2017 . Nobody knows anything. One of the Men who helped her remembered her taking them off, but They say they reviewed the video and nothing showed up as far as anyone else picking them up. Of course not one salesperson will look you in the eyes when talking to you, and are very evasive in their mannerisms, Don't trust this place they are thieves and liars. Additional We went back check on a credit not long ago and the Grandmother was there behind the counter. The Mrs. was asking this lady about the credit and to my surprise this lady says "you need to talk with one of those guys I don't work here" I replied with well your sitting behind the counter that implies that you do to any customer that walks in! I try to stop at the Lincoln location when I’m there. Never been a great experience. I am in the grand island store so much that I’ve become friends with the staff. Grand Islands staff need to teach the jokers In Lincol about customer service. I wanted to buy a JBL speaker but couldn’t get any help. One employee went outside with a customer and the girl working just leaned on the counter talking to a friend. I received a muttered Hello when we walked in, but never anyone asking if I wanted to see anything. We left and never a word. I’ll definitely stick to Grand Island.
