Tugboat Gallery — Attraction in Lincoln

I've never been during the day just during First Fridays so that's what this review is about. The place is very poorly lit to begin with. It has an air of what I imagine and crack house would look and feel like inside. There are lots of dark places and weird smells. Also, during first Fridays there is always a lot of people walking around with beers being loud and abnoxious.

The place consists of several small galleries with up and coming artists. During first Fridays only around half of the galleries are open.

I would not recommend taking children here. I would not recommend going here alone as it's weird. I would not recommend going here if you like...

Tugboat Gallery is one of the most exciting art spaces in LNK: this nonprofit gallery curated regional and national artists who are exploring multiple mediums unafraid to engage in social or political content.
