I drove all the way from 33rd & Holdrege...I could’ve gone to the one @ Gateway, but I wanted a quick in & out since I had my dogs w./ me, and I was headed that way anyway. Turns out it might not have even mattered!

Google Maps directs you to the wrong place (by Old Navy). I called, and the lady that picked up said they moved next to Panera. So, it’s much harder to get to now. I asked her why they didn’t update their new location with Google and she told me they “don’t even get their mail” sometimes (not sure what that means...any Google user can update a location).

Turns out the trip wasn’t worth it...extreme dearth of Thank-You cards; I was like, “is that it?”. I would’ve ordered online, but unfortunately I needed it that day. What a great place to shop for cards and Christmas decorations! The staff was willing and helpful to assist in any way that they could. While I was shopping, a man came in and said that his wife wanted him to get something. The clerk was very pleasant and the man handed her the phone to talk to his wife. Before it was finished, the man said that he was glad that she was there to help him. What great customer service! They even helped me pick up a few greeting cards. Recommend this store, the girl that helped me incredible! She not make fun of me. She get me tissue when I was mad. Couldn't think of word to buy card. She help me a lot. She understand I can't talk anymore. She very patient with me. She hugged me when I leave. Please shop...
