I bought an 07' Element for $3,500 from Pham, 2 days after getting it home, zero compression in cylinder # 4. Left me stranded on the highway.. I had no way of knowing the motor had problems, because as it turns out, several of the dash cluster lights had been broken and disabled...The check engine light (CEL), VSA, ABS, Traction Control, TPMS and more, all disabled and broken.

He also insisted the vehicles title was clean and clear.. after spending another $3,500 to JDM swap the blown motor, Highway Patrol inspection informed me that Title is salvaged due to a previous total loss hail damage claim.

He has no clue what he's selling and doesn't care to do his own due diligence as a dealer..

I was willing to work with him and not leave an HONEST review, but the worst part of all of this, he has shown no effort to make any of this right. He just says there nothing he can do. Not a care in the world for deceiving and profiting...

This dealer is HORRIBLE: he sold me what appeared to be a perfectly good vehicle with over $2,000 in repairs of which he failed to inform me. This included but was not limited to an entirely missing catalytic converter replaced only by a piece of large pipe. Please do not buy, the outside of the cars look great, but the inside (what matters) is clearly neglected and lied about. The worst part is that he was literally going to let me go on a long trip (that I had informed him of) with this thing and it can't even drive properly on the interstate. We have asked him to refund us but he has refused. We will be filing a complaint tomorrow with the state...

Fantastic, honest sellers. We bought a Honda Odyssey from Tam about a month ago. The next day the check engine light turned on. We of course panicked and took it to a mechanic to get checked out. I contacted Tam and asked for any recommendations. He ensured us that it was a simple fix and was super helpful. He even purchased the part, brought it to us and installed it! We know it was not his issue as we purchased it as-is, but he went out of his way to help us and made it an overall...
