Great grocery store, the owners Mr. and Mrs. Chaudhry are extremely friendly and very helpful and patient! If you are unable to find a certain item, they are glad to try and locate it and order it for you. It has a wonderful selection of Indian and Pakistani food products including all kinds of fresh vegetables and herbs for Indian cooking (sarson, lauki, kadi patta, hari mirch, etc) that are unavailable in ordinary grocery stores. Great selection of frozen items - paratha, samosa, veg and non-veg dishes for those times when you are craving your favorite food but do not have time to cook!! They even carry fresh Thums Up and Limca in a glass door cooler! Moreover though the most important thing is the owners know how and love to make Indian food so they can help you find and let you know what you need to make all of your favorite dishes. I have purchased my chakla belan, pressure cooker, masala dabba, and lunch dabbas from them. Mr. Chaudhry runs an Indian cooking demonstration at the Lincoln Yoga Center on the 2nd Thursday of each month that shows you how to make a number of dishes. His food is wonderful. The owner of the store is a very humble, professional, gentleman who is willing to help all the time. He is a leading businessman in the market and makes a huge effort to maintain good practice by keeping a clean, easy, safe, friendly environment inside the store.
