I typically don’t leave reviews but I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received today. I handed my glasses to the optometrist to tighten the screws, and unfortunately, I would go on to regret this decision as it was a complete disaster.
After handing over my glasses to the optometrist, I was given back a broken frame with the wood chipped on the side. Not only was the repair botched, but the optometrist had the audacity to tell me that they didn't have the necessary materials to fix the damage they had caused. I was left with a damaged pair of glasses.
The inconvenience and financial burden this has caused me is unacceptable. My glasses are a very rare find, and I have to shell out money out of my pocket to fix the damage, which is not only unfair but also a reflection on the company’s care for its customers.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and responsibility from businesses, especially when it comes to something as critical as eye care.
What's even more appalling is that I have not received an apology and some form of compensation for the damage they caused. Instead, they've left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.
I would like to request reimbursement for the damage caused by their negligence. It's not too much to ask for a business to take responsibility for their mistakes and make things right. Until they do, I will not be recommending their services to anyone.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, funny and professional. The techs were kind and quick with scanning my eyes. The doctor Morgan Franke was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. She helped sharpen my prescription and was able to answer all my eye related questions making me feel so much more comfortable. The associate who completed my service was Dyshawn and boy was he relatable, kind, and bubbly. I loved that he made sure I received everything I wanted when it came to my frames and pricing. America’s Best in general has amazing deals if you opt for the basic frames with little to no customization. So it was worth it! The best part is I brought my baby along with me and literally everyone was so nice about it and kept baby entertained. I spent $89 for 2 pairs of standard glasses with no add ons + a standard eye exam + extra testing for glaucoma. $89 who could beat that. When i received my glasses i was happy and used them but then i realized that i couldnt see when driving very blurred traffic signs and couldnt even read plates from other cars. I cameback so they can revise them and the Optemetrist Morgan Frankie was very rude and seems to be out of patience and didnt help me and instead she have some non caring words for my ptoblem. She said she exausted options with me and what is it that i wanted? A refund?
