Temperature: Hot all around.
Moisture: All items were moist. The chicken was dry in a few places but still tolerable. Given the thinness of the cut, the moisture and tenderness were reasonable. Seasoning: Lightly seasoned—not bland, but not overly seasoned either. It was right in the middle.
Service: Needs improvement. Customer service was severely lacking. The only words I heard spoken to me were, "Hold on," or I was met with a lack of eye contact and a raised finger signaling me to wait. After telling me to wait, the guy disappeared into the kitchen. WTH? 🤦🏻♂️ Then, a woman came out from the kitchen to assist me. There was no greeting, no presence—nothing. When I politely expressed my concern, I was helped as if I were an inconvenience. At that moment, I knew I wouldn’t return. It was disappointing because I had just been telling a peer about the place before arriving. When my food was ready, the guy yelled out my name, and by the time I reached the counter (less than a minute later), he was gone. I had to review my ticket myself to confirm my order. Meanwhile, other customers were waiting near the front, and the worker behind the counter had completely vanished.
Atmosphere: Great layout with nice, calm lighting. However, the menu at the counter gives off low-quality Chinese restaurant vibes. They should consider getting rid of the "Wok Menu" and transitioning to a standard menu.
Conclusion: I would never return unless a friend really wanted to try it—though I’d definitely try to...
Read moreI had been scrolling thru Instagram and came across the Linden Rotisserie page and was wowed just from what I saw. The chicken looked amazing and I had to go see for myself. I made 2 attempts one was me just being in the same area and not knowing it was close by but it had closed early due to selling out. My second try was me heading home pretty late and I said let me try again but it was too late by the time I arrived it was closed. So I made sure that I went during their hours of operation and let me tell you I’m glad I did. Now it may look like your average neighborhood chicken joint, but Linden Rotisserie is anything but!!! I wandered in with my 10yr old son on a Thursday evening, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of rotisserie chicken and skirt steak. The staff was very friendly and helped with ordering thru the touch screen monitor with mouth watering pictures of the food. I ordered myself the 1/2 chicken rotisserie bowl which came with I believe 5 compliments but I chose white rice, pink beans, french fries and yellow plantains (maduros). And for my son he got the platter with white rice and Cuban style roast pork. The owner came out from the kitchen and greeted everyone and I introduced myself and said you must be the owner and Cuban correct? He said yes and I immediately told him what an amazing job he has done with such amazing food! I’m already planning my next visit with my...
Read moreI ordered half Rotisserie chicken with yellow rice and an extra side and went with Maduro (Sweet Plantains). This is my experience and what my taste buds tasted. This is my first time eating from here, so here we go.
The Rotisserie Chicken was flavorful but too salty for my taste. The seasoning of the skin was too salty, but the meat was soft, tender, and juicy. I skipped eating the skin. I will have to purchase this again to give it a five-star rating, and it can be over-seasoned by mistake. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Yellow rice was cooked to perfection and flavorful, not undercooked, overcooked, or overseasoned. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Maduro (Sweet Plantains) cooked just right.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My wife had the Prime Pinha steak combo, for which she chose the yellow rice and an extra side, and she got the mango pico de gallo. She said the steak was delicious, cooked nicely, slightly salted too much, but not bad. She said the yellow rice was delicious, and her words, not mine, the mango pico de gallo was banging! Overall, she gave her meal ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars out of five, and she would like to eat from here again. As for me, I would eat here again, but I would try the...
