Made an appointment to look at outdoor parking spots for my trailer today at the Linden Public Storage facility. Met with Laura who showed me the layout of the facility, gave me a map and allowed me through the gate to choose among the available spots. She spent considerable time with me answering all of my questions and worked with me to complete a reservation I had started online with my phone. Laura was polite, professional and pressure free. EVERY TIME we call to ask if someone is going to be at the facility NO ONE ANSWERS! Why do I have to make an appt to pick up my rv when the hours are posted on the fricken door!????? I call customer service and they direct me back to the storage unit! It’s literally maddening. The customer service ppl argue with you. We left a message on 12/13/24 and also tried calling the next morning and still no one will pick up! I have no problem driving there, as we have to actually get the rv, but I am 45 min from them.
