I have read many of the reviews on this KFC and honestly I really don't know what criteria some people are basing there answers off of to give this place a 5 or a 4 or even a 3!! This KFC is at BEST at 2. AT BEST!! Coming from someone who has worked in upscale restaurants my whole life and many of chain restaurants and diners and pubs and bistros when I was very young but at 40 yrs old I feel I know what I'm looking for and whatim not looking for. For instance when I sat outside of my car and ran into a friend of mine and we spoke for over a half hour and he told me his friend was inside waiting on chicken by the time he got out it was 35 minutes so I decided to go inside and see what was going on and maybe see if I can get some chicken and it was as bad as it could be. You had one person who was the manager who didn't seem to really care at all working the register you had four or five other girls standing around walking around or should I say moping with this type of walk like they had flippers on their feet as if they've been working 200 hours straight and here they are on their cell phones and doing nothing to help or expedite. There were multiple times you heard the mgr say we are out of chicken to different people. It happened to me the last time I was here over 5 mths ago where I waited 40 min and was given an attitude about it. Not to mention it wasn't busy. There was probably about 5-6 people in there! Now if KFC calls that busy... well then shut the doors and just sell the business. Seriously! So back to tonight nobody was helping this guy out in the back prepping chix. What was really irritating me was the fact that the drive thru was jammed up in the parking lot and these girls did nothing, the guy trying to get chicken dropped.. nobody helped him. A restaurant is a team! All just but 1 of thoes girls going back and helping him roll chicken so he could get a level up and then get caught up.. he's probably be ok. Same with drive thru.. So anyone who marks this place at a 3 4 or for God sakes a 5? Are I'm sorry to say.. have no idea what they are looking for and honestly shouldn't be filling these things our because all your doing is contributing to the problem. Simply because the mgrs and district mgmt read these and by saying about how terrific your meal was and the service was great and they were very fast and very efficient And So Forth and so on like you just dined at Morimoto or Butcher and Singer please just stop. By doing what your doing the problem/s don't get fixed. That's why it's important to be honest and fair but not bs and blow so shine up their rear. So whoever doesn't like this and what I said you don't have to. I'm a food critic.....
Read moreShame on the shift manager tonight 5/4 around 5:30pm, for her disregard for customer service, for ruining my night and my dinner!! Her name was Debbie or Denise, and she had no experience or concern about customer satisfaction. Here’s my story! I was missing a large Mac & cheese from my order there on 3/28/18. I noticed it when I got home and immediately called and spoke w Nisha. I told her I wasn’t about to leave my family dinner to commute 20mins round trip to pick it up. I do understand mistakes happen, but I was not happy tour dinner was incomplete. She apologize and said to just mention her name the next time I stopped in and I can get it then. I was there tonight 5/4, and placed a dinner order. I requested my free Mac & Cheese explaining the situation. I had my 3/28 receipt in hand with my note regarding my call and the mistake of my order. I paid for my order, assuming all was well and I’d finally get the food i paid but went without a month ago. The shift manager came up to me and looked at my 3/28 receipt. She said this is from 2 months ago . I said “and what are you trying to tell me? And actually it is not two months, it’s a little bit over a month ago”. I still didn’t get it when I should have. I don’t get takeout often.” I just wanted what I didn’t get the first time. There was this attitude she had, that was infuriating me. I worked as a business manager for 20 years, customer service and satisfaction is key. She was not cutting it, at all. Her main concern was looking good and talking to others behind the counter about me. I left letting her know d be calling customer service about her and my experience. Believe or not, I thought my Mac was in the bag and she was just complaining I waited too long. But it wasn’t, so I went back in. She said no I can’t give it to you. Come when Nisha is here. Read moreIt's not often I review a fast food place but I have had enough of this place. The customer service here is the absolute worst. They are so unfriendly. They refuse to make new chicken after 8pm even though they stay open until 10. The original chicken is soggy and the employee said "Yeah. That's normal of original chicken". They are always messing up my order. Today I came home with missing pieces of chicken, again! The ONLY reason I have continued to go here is because there isn't another KFC near me and it's one of my family's favorite places. But today was it. I usually get food from them once a week and every experience is miserable. No one greets you or is ever nice. The girl working the window today seemed to be new. She didn't smile once, never greeted me, never said "Thank you, have a nice day". She talked to me like I was stupid and kept staring at me weird. She handed me my food and just shut the door. It was not the way you want to be treated somewhere you spend money. The whole thing was just awkward. How do you hire someone like that to be the face of your buisness? Even if it's fast food. It's enough to lose customers over. I refuse to ever spend money here again. The owner should really do a deep dive into the management here, get better employees that treat their customers better and cook the food to a quality standard.
