American Crafts — Local services in Lindon

I have used several different kinds of American Crafts products before but I was a little disappointed when I bought the Creative Devotion markers. Some of them were dried up and didn’t work so I reached out to American Crafts to let them know about the product. I had an employee reach out to me right away and kept in contact with me until she was able to find a solution. I just wanted someone to know those particular markers didn’t work well and wasn’t expecting anything in return. The employee not only sent me a replacement pack of the markers I bought, but she also sent me 2 additional packs of their markers just for the inconvenience I experienced. I was so surprised to find out she sent me 3 packs of markers at no cost. I’ve never experienced such great customer service before and was really shocked to get some free products. If you have a problem with American Crafts products I would suggest reaching out to them because they are great and will work with you to make sure you are satisfied. I will continue to use their products in the future not only because I enjoy the products but because of the great customer service experience I had. Placed a large $200 order from this company and they shoved everything in a large box with no packing paper, air bubbles or peanuts and 70% of my order arrived damaged. Additional 3 items were not the same as in the photo and were clearly opened and switched with a generic, similar item. Will never order from again or buy this brand in the craft stores.
