Called in to check a part availability while i was in transit… Spike w/ Charles ( Female ) who was very short tempered and frustrated ( everyone had a long day ). She wasn’t very knowledgeable but we got it figured out.
I asked her to pull the part as I was pulling into the parking lot, she refused at first… stating she had customers walking in the door in front of her. I replied yes I know I see them! I am walking in right behind them. Showing frustration via phone she huffed and puffed but went to retrieve the oil filter! As she returned I was at the counter waiting just for her to rudely address me from across the store as “ you must be the person looking for this “ rolling her eyes and moving fast with frustration! The store was empty besides myself and the other customers ( were together ) who walked in just before myself! They were being assisted by a calm and collective young man as I got disgruntled Charlee!!!
Her attitude was so bad even as I politely asked how her days was. She ignored and proceeded with the attitude. I stated to her “ there’s a Carls Jr. across the parking lot, who will let you work in the back where you don’t have to deal with customers. Might be less frustrating for you. “ She was so rude that I just left to acquirer the part elsewhere!!! Definitely nowhere near the best customer...
Read moreI just came from here and this place is the best! Right by my house so super convenient for me. I was actually lost so I called the store; Joe answered and guided me over. Then he greeted me in the store and all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a new battery. Joe was able to do a free battery test to confirm that was the issue and then he swapped out the battery for me right there. It was so fast and easy. The only downside is there is absolutely no shade. The employees do not have a garage, car port or even a pop up shade tent to work under. I parked in one of the only shady spots under a tree and the shade was sparce. Had I know the employees have no shade and are just working from the parking lot, I wouldn't have gone at 1pm late June as it's 109 degrees out right now. If this location would take as good of care of their employees as their employees take of their clients, then this place would be perfect. Because of course the staff told me I could wait inside in the AC while they worked in the heat to switch out the battery. Read moreCUSTOMER SERVICE ON POINT!! Where to begin… my car gave out on me at a nearby car wash; I called the store simply asking if my symptoms sounded like anything they knew; Jadon and I chatted and we weren’t sure due to the computer glitching in the car (stuck in ACC mode). We hung up; couple minutes later I get a call back from them, the manager Kelly who was supposed to be getting off took the time to not only call back and ask more questions, but then came OVER to the car wash when she didn’t even have to be working to help me diagnose. They even brought tools over and we were able to find that the battery had given out but like halfway into starting the car and had it stuck in the limbo. They gave me a jump, got me over to the store to get a new battery, AND Jadon replaced it right there for me. (Also shoutout Moises for the friendly attitude helpin out!) I literally can not say enough good things about the interaction… A true example of human kindness going out of their way at every step to help ensure I was taken care of. Thank you all again, keep being amazing humans!! 12/10 would recommend. 6/5...
