DO NOT USE THIS STORE! Go to Indian School & Litchfield Rd instead. Long explanation below. The individuals in the store on Saturday were unhelpful. The store was disorganized. I went to pick up a package that was received at the store on Thursday per an email I received from UPS. The "employees" (I wouldn't know for sure because they were both wearing street clothes) said that the package wasn't there, but it might have been delivered to another business in the shopping center. According to them, UPS regularly delivers items coming to them to other businesses in the same shopping center (not a ringing endorsement for their parent company). One employee (reluctantly) offered to check with the other businesses to see if they received a package that wasn't meant for them. He returned shortly without a package. When the employees checked the tracking number on their computer they saw that the name of the person who received the package on Thursday wasn't one they recognized, which indicated that the package was definitely not in their store. They offered that I could return Monday to speak with the owner and suggested I try other UPS stores in the area, as it might have ended up there. I went to the next closest store at Indian School and Litchfield. They looked up my tracking number and informed me that my package had arrived at the other store on Thursday at 4 as indicated on my email. The store had subsequently marked my package as "receiver on vacation" (I was not) at 7pm the same day and sent my package back to to the sender. My package was back at the dock (which is closed on Saturdays). The ladies printed the entire tracking list for me. The store on Dysart could have done the same. Instead they sent me on a scavenger hunt. They could have owned up to the mistake. Do not use this store. They do not care about their services or...
Read moreI went to the store to pick up a shipment UPS had left there for me. There was several thousand dollars worth of hardware I was picking up, so I was very surprised when the young man at the counter did not ask for my identification.
He simply asked for the address the shipment was supposed to go to.
When he brought the box to the counter to give it to me, I had my driver's license out and asked him if they were supposed to ask for identification. The young man actually said, yes, they were supposed to ask for id, he didn't need it because I gave him the address.
I asked, how do you know who I am?
I told him you could sit outside my house and pull up my address on Google maps. My driver's license however, you could not. I informed him that this was very valuable and if he had released it to someone simply because he gave them my address that would be a problem.
He didn't seem to care very much..... can you imagine as a customer what you would have to go through to get reimbursed, and a replacement for the item if that were even possible?
This location is terrible! The owner should be made...
