KELSEY KELSEY KELSEY!!! NO ONE will EVER touch my hair again but KELSEY!! I am 43 yrs old..and for the FIRST TIME in my life I walked out with EXACTLY what I wanted. I had a head full of DEPRESSION ..that had not been cut or touched in a little over a year! I had pictures of EXACTLY what I wanted. I went in for a WASH..CUT..and STYLE. My appointment was at 4pm..I walked out of shop at 4:55. It took KELSEA 55 min to completely bring me back to life!! Her SOUL is PRECIOUS...our conversation was AMAZING. I was SHOCKED When the blow dryer came out..it was so FAST! I wanted to CRY when I seen the end result..I told her.. I literally owe you my life!! I felt 20 yrs YOUNGER...CONFIDENT....and AMAZING!! I am taking my 60 yr old aunt who has NOT EVER had her hair done professionally NEXT WEEK!! I can NOT wait to see her face when she gets out of Kelsey's chair!! I was really looking forward to getting my haircut and styled. When I walked in, 4 stylists looked up from their chairs and not one greeted me. It made me feel really unwanted. There was no where to check in, so I proceeded to sit down and wait to be taken care of. My appointment was at 3:15, I got there at 3:05. I waited until 3:25 and then decided to leave. I will not be back and I will always remember how rude and uncomfortable the staff made me feel. What a bummer that grown women in the bc service industry cannot even acknowledge someone. Kelsey was the artist behind my new hair-do and I could not be happier. She was not only sweet, caring and professional- but extremely accommodating! I went in having no idea what I wanted, feeling so washed out and drab. Kelsey took the reins and turned my hair into something that gave me so much more confidence. She is very very talented, I'm so thankful!! The salon was a wonderful place with a very comfortable clean atmosphere. It's a shame that we have to move to Texas, because I would return to this establishment time...
