I'm big on reviews so hopefully this helps someone. I googled the nearest Beauty Supply and this one popped up. I went in looking for a sponge. Amer pointed me to them and he only had one type but said if I came back he'd have what I needed. I decided to buy it anyway and proceeded to the counter and it rang up way higher than what I'm used to paying. I told him that he is higher than his competitors and he dropped the price. We then discussed the products and dye I use on my hair and he had the brand but not mine specifically and said he'd have them the next time I came in. His customer service is too notch and he is extremely nice. I agree with everyone else, his store is very clean and neat. There is not another one for about 15-20 mins, so this is very much needed. I was excited when I saw there was a black owned beauty supply near me and I went to visit a couple of times and the sales representative was always very nice. The only issue I have is the pricing. There aren’t any prices on majority of the store. They have prices on the cheaper items but anything outside of accessories may not have anything on it. It annoys me because I have to go back and forth to the counter asking how much things are. I learned my lesson the hard way because the first time I went I just grabbed 3 packs of braiding hair and it was almost $30 when I got to the Register. This place is a joke! The hair is not 100% human virgin hair! It matted up as soon as I sprayed it with a little water. Washing and conditioning it is totally going to make the hair worse and the guy will not do anything about it or try to make it right! Unfortunately Joseph is not there anymore. This other short guy, the owner is only making money off of the black community with this fake human hair! As a matter of fact Amazon sell hair too and I still have a wig from Amazon that was cheaper and is not matted up lik the one I purchased less than a month for $200 at MOKA LOKA hair factory and it’s in horrible shape!!
