Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Little Elm

This was the first time me & my wife went to Cold Stone Creamery after our dinner date today and we were not disappointed at all..!! Their selection of different flavors is too impressive! And the cakes were so pretty!!! I was surprised at how quick the service was..! We walked in and ordered 2 large milkshakes and 2 Ice creams. Within less than 5 mins, we got the milkshakes. Excellent service!! My wife got a Chocolate Silk milkshake and I got a fudge milkshake. Both were really really tasty!!! We were able to have them immediately & they weren't too melty, just pure perfection! The store looked great inside! The tables and chairs were clean and no trash on the floor or anything. Even they have tables to sit outside to experience the Ice cream taste with nature weather. The bathroom was clean too and it also smelled good..! Well the whole place smelled amazing actually..! We can't wait to go back..! Definitely recommend trying this place if you haven't already, it's very worth...

Update In response from Cold Stone Creamery stating a customer should request ice cream to be mixed in a separate bowl, how would a customer know to request that when all surfaces should be cleaned at all times after each use? I've ordered there NUMEROUS times and never had an issue. If a company is gonna apologize, then apologize! Don't try to place blame on the customer because your employees didn't practice cleanliness!!

I wish I could give 5 stars but they wasted my money and made my ice cream wrong! I ordered a quart of apple pie a la mode with caramel apple ice cream and when I got home and ate some days later, I tasted peanut butter throughout the ice cream. I'm allergic to peanut butter so I had bad reactions! I wasted 16.99!! Please learn to clean the utensils and counters...

Avoid this place. I was hesitant to write this review for the kids working there but THIS Cold Stone Frisco is a joke. The waffle cones were so dry and stale, they could have doubled as cardboard. Worse — they had lint and god-knows-what stuck to them. Picture attached for reference. That’s not the only place there was lint or whatever that is. Absolutely nasty. The ice cream? freezer-burned, and tasted like it had been sitting around longer than the cones. This place clearly doesn’t care about quality, cleanliness, or customer experience.
