Oof. I was excited about this place - hubby signed us up with my phone number, then I checked out their website and got on their email list. Saw they hired a groomer and immediately set an appointment for this Friday for a bath and nail trim for my dog.
Decided to swing by today so my dog could see the place herself before her bath - we didn’t need anything, but we bought some goat milk and a dog bone for support.
Cashier rang me up quickly, much appreciated - but just as the transaction was finalizing, I saw that the goat milk rang for $16.98 instead of the $9.99 that was posted. She went to do a price check for me, and a few minutes later - I hear yet another person wanting to a price check. Huh?
It must’ve been her supervisor - she started explaining to me that she was moving the merchandise and the $9.99 sign shouldn’t have been there. Cashier confirmed the sign, but supervisor insisted it was unintentional and didn’t offer to honor the price.
Okayyyy. I get it. You know what? No prob. I was going to start buying my dog’s food and treats here - my girl is a 100+ lb Cane Corso and she eats a LOT lol. She also gets special treats all the time annnnnnd I was going to book her baths monthly as well.
I’m telling you guys… I was really excited about this place. But after today? Just… disappointed. I asked them to remove the sign so no other customers would have to pay $7 more than what they thought they were going to pay.
Went to my car and decided to cancel the bath for Friday, so I called from the parking lot. They had me hold for quite a bit because they couldn’t find the reservation - asked me if I’m SURE it was for this Friday.
…
Now I’m really glad I spent $7 more than what I thought because they just saved me a ton of money and headaches. Kudos for having a nice stock of pet food, but I’ll stick...
Read moreHere's the email I sent to management today:
I took my dog in for grooming today & as soon as I entered the store & started to walk to the desk there was barking from behind the desk. The 3 workers tried to quiet the dogs a schnauzer & a doodle mix that were there. I kind of felt some tension like they were stressed to keep the dogs controlled. One person got the doodle mix & moved it back toward the back wall & kinda held it there. That made me wonder if it was aggressive. But, it quieted and I was able to discuss getting my dog dropped off for grooming which (thankfully) would be in a different area.
Then, when I came to get my dog & I was greeting her, she jumped up on the door that leads behind the desk because the other dogs were barking & she almost was bit by the big, doodle mix dog who charged at her, barking & growling & also jumping up on the gate from behind the desk. It was fine, neither dog was injured. But, I wanted to let management know that this is perceived by this customer as an unsafe, unfriendly place in which to bring pets. There is a sign on the door that it's OK to bring in leashed pets, but it's hard to keep your pet by your side while you are taking off a purse & getting out your wallet. I didn't have small kids w/ me which would also have been a bad combo. I'm hoping this helps to keep other customers & their pets safe & happy. We will be back. We love our groomer, but maybe we will bring an extra person to keep our leashed dog away from the gate at the desk.
Thanks, Sharon

Read moreI absolutely love this location. The store is always clean, the products are great, and the staff is absolutely amazing. I’ve been shopping there for a while now and have had such wonderful experiences every single time without fail. Cosette who I nicknamed “Cositty too litty” has been so helpful with helping me pick cat food and treats especially with how picky my chubby kitty is(crazy right? Chubby yet picky?!). Carrie who I nicknamed “merry Carrie” has always been super helpful as well especially when I’m having a bad ankle day which occurs ever so often ever since I had surgery she has helped me get stuff so I don’t have to reach up on my tippy toes and is very knowledgeable. And last but not least the store manager Carla who I nicknamed El Generalisimo is a friggin ace she knows about every product and when I’ve needed solutions she’s always had them for me. With having both dogs and cats of different breeds and animals that have had restrictions she’s helped me find things for my diabetic dog among other things just absolutely phenomenal. The whole staff is wonderful, never once had an even just ehh experience they for real for real got it locked down there. There is not a single store I’ve ever shopped at that I throughly enjoyed the way I do at this store. I tell EVERYBODY I know with pets how great they are. All love there 🔥 oh I almost forgot, their photo booths they set up, the picture events, the way they decorate for different holidays/seasons? The store even always looks beautiful...
