DO NOT BOOK! Going full Karen here……I would give this place a 0 star if I could. Let me begin by saying, the place and the set up are very cute and super admirable for kids. But the staff are extremely rude and impatient. From the moment we walked in, my wife and I felt like we were being micromanaged and watched. Staff was snooping around or on their phone and extremely rude.
The worst is, at the end, they charge you a mandatory 18% gratuity / tip, for doing absolutely nothing for 2 hours…..it’s complete robbery. I found it extremely ridiculous to have to pay 657 dollars for 2 hours, and then they do a mandatory 18% tip?!?
So I refused to pay the tip. I highly recommend you do the same if you find the service to be trash like we did. It is against the law in Texas for anyone to force you to pay gratuity. This is 100% optional, and the staff had the audacity to say the police will call to collect the gratuity to try and scare my wife….
0 out of 0 review….how dare you threaten my wife with the police about gratuity / tip that is optional and than force her to try to pay it?!? This place is lucky they haven’t had a call by the better business bureau and gotten shut down…..the staff also had the audacity to ask me for my residential address… and tried to take a picture of my license place…
Edit to respond back to your reply. It’s quite comical that you say I used abusive language while I was calm and collected the entire time. Additionally, you say I threw your phone….i am not a monkey. If I’m spending 700 dollars for 2 hours, and I’m not satisfied, and I am being forced to tip lazy incompetent entitled people who continue to be rude to my guest, that makes me use abusive language? That’s pure logic.
Additionally, I tried to hand the phone back after I heard the manager continue to act like an entitled person who forces optional gratuity on people, I tried to hand the phone back and he didn’t take the phone back, so I placed it on the printer….thats me throwing the phone?
You are charging people an arm and a leg, and being cheap in paying your staff and forcing people to tip their wages…this isn’t a restaurant….
Trash service. Go to safari run or cheeky monkey instead. Way...
Read moreI’m giving 2 stars not 1 because the idea of an indoor playground is good. Unfortunately the place is dirty! They allow people to walk bear foot while kids are playing and touching everything with their hands!!! The employees told me the owners are Indians and even though the staff did mention to the owners that people should not be allowed to walk bear foot the owners did not take that under the serious consideration! Welcome hand foot and mouth disease! I get that some people have roots from different countries but a hygiene level should be your priority if you offer a service for small kids ages 0-8! The floor is dirty and not vacuumed. Planty of trash everywhere even in the bathroom. We already have a filthy indoor playground Cheeky Monkey in Plano which is disgusting and always dirty. If you want your business to thrive I highly suggest you to start cleaning the place multiple times per day. If you open a place like that you should be vacuuming daily and if necessary more than once a day. The staff should be trained and keep the area clean. That should be your priority! It’s my first time here so I will come back one more time to see if there was any improvement but if the place is dirty and unsanitary then I will never come back or recommend it to anyone and I will update my review to a 1 star. I hope the owners will...
Read moreI attended a birthday party with my 16 month old son on 8/24. The place was cute- this was not our first time here. However I will say that I felt bad for the family hosting the party. They were only given 30 minutes to set up- this just doesn’t seem like enough time to set up for a party. It’s was very awkward because even though the party was until 3:30, the staff (who were friendly and were just following policy) began cleaning up at 3:15 even though we were still sitting at the table socializing and feeding our babies. I have been to many kids parties at places like this and have never experienced that. Like the decor and everything was cleaned up by 3:30. They even started mopping while we were still in there. Also- as we were standing at the exit saying goodbyes (at 3:30) to our friends, we were told that the party was over and we needed to leave. It’s not like our one year olds were playing or anything, we were holding our kids and saying goodbye. Lastly- the floors were filthy. I was the only person who was barefoot- my mistake for forgetting socks- and my feet were BLACK. My shoes would have been cleaner than these floors. This concerns me considering the babies were allllll over the floors. I don’t think that we will be back- and I know that our friends won’t be hosting parties here because of how...
