I promised him when he swims across the pool in one breath I'd get him his first ever trophy(40ft)Tried hard and finally did it. We went straight to the store. Closed on Saturday. So guess how many times I've heard trophy over the weekend... So Monday 9 am and a lady on the phone greets us, apparently bothered by our presence.off the phone, I ask what swimming trophies they have to show us, and she tells me to go online! In the store, that doesn't sell anything today! :))) So we left and I called Gallos Trophy and he accommodated us right away! That's the advantage of a physical store.Old school...

It is very strange to not be greeted upon entering an establishment but the person in charge stares you in the face. 🤔 I did not know this is how customers are treated. I will not go through everything but the tone changed when I mentioned something and that left a bad taste in my mouth. People shouldn’t have to be from somewhere or know someone to receive common courtesy, especially when they are nothing but respectful. It is perfectly fine if you cannot fulfill a request but the way you express it matters. Additionally, to act as if the request is ridiculous and will not be filled by any other establishment is insane. As a business owner, I would never! Poor customer service. I recently ordered a trophy. When I picked it up the inscription was fine with a 2018 date but the numbers sticking up from the pedestal said 2019. I showed the woman the discrepancy and was told they ran out of the number 18 without a recommendation for a fix. I asked what could be done. Stars where suggested to replace the numbers. As the trophy was being fixed I noticed a number of display trophies that had the number 18 and asked if one of those could be used. I was told no. She would have to take the display trophy apart ( one nut on a bolt ) and she would not do that. I told her I disappointed and she didn't care. I will find a new trophy place and...
