This Taco Bell location used to be really good and used to have a crazy line at the drive thru, but has slowed down a lot and seems like that’s for a reason. They have recently been making a lot of mistakes with my order, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. I tell them my order at the drive thru just to get home and find that something is not in my bag either because they never put it on the order or they forgot it! I have gotten home multiple times to find I had cheese or sour cream on my burrito when I asked for it to be left out, I have been missing orders of cinnamon twists and other side items multiple times, I have been missing sauces or gotten the wrong sauce when I asked for a specific one. You really need to check your bag thoroughly before leaving the window and check your receipt!
I have decided to stop going to this location after the poor service we got when we ordered through the drive thru today. As usual they rush you like crazy and say “anything else” like robots after each item you order. We ordered a $5 box, a crunch wrap supreme, crunchy taco, Doritos taco and beef burrito along with an order of cinnamon twists. Surprise surprise- got home and there was no Doritos taco on our receipt, even though we ordered it, so that was not in the bag, and they had charged for the cinnamon twists but they were not in the bag! We asked for mild sauce and Diablo sauce for both our meals to find FOUR hot sauces at the bottom of the bag- not what we asked for and definitely not sufficient for the amount of food we ordered. Not only that, but the beef burrito smelled off, stale, was very cold when I unwrapped it and tasted like burnt plastic- gross! Read moreWhen I went to the drive-thru window I said my name out loud. I even SPELLED IT OUT. I had already waited for 30 mins. The person at the window rudely asked me for money first and then my name. Then after hearing me say my name 3 times and 15 more minutes of confusion later, they gave me the wrong order. Turned out they hadn't heard my name correctly at the speaker and then instead of apologizing they ask me to go back in line and start from the beginning. After waiting for 20 more minutes I finally reach the window and they hand me my order. When I politely ask the attendant to accept her mistake and apologize, she shamelessly says, "it's not my fault I didn't hear the name properly" and that "another car had to go back in line for the same thing". It is their job to confirm by any means necessary the right order for a customer (didn't even ask me the order number at the speaker). She had the audacity to ask me to go back in line with a hungry stomach and not even apologize once for her gross incompetence. I wasted a whole hour and gas for what was supposed to be quick drive-thru pick up. Please train your staff better at this location because the quality has degraded immensely. Please put people who are compassionate and can communicate well for customer-facing roles.
Edit: This location has completely gone downhill and they are unapologetically rude/irresponsible. This used to be my favorite Taco bell but if this continues it will lose a lot...
Read moreAt first not bad. Then went to get my son more food(he wasn't sure what he would like) I waiting on line and when it got to be my turn the person at the register walked away. Huh? Then someone came up and asked if I was being helped and when I said no they grabbed the busy guy off drive through. There were 2 employees sitting at a table and the 1 that walked away from me cleaning the flavor packet area and like 6 to 7 people behind the counter. I ordered he rang me up and walked away saying hold on. Then I hear my name several times and answer there question on the order each time. Maybe 4 altogether. Same question each time. Then a manager. Asks me if I ordered and paid. I answer yes. He walks away and I wait. Again they ask me about what I ordered. I answer. The the manager again. Saying "I don't think you paid. Can you check". I asked him to ask the person who rang me up. It was a lot of who's on first type of deal. I had no idea what was going on. He says again he doesn't think I paid. Which I put my card into the reader. I don't know what happened bc everyone was so busy trying to get back to doing nothing. At this point there was metal and ants on my sons food that we previously ordered so I told them to forget it. Just left. Now I just have to check my bank...
