501 Wine and Spirits — Local services in Little Rock

Bad business I was in 501 Liquor last night with some family from out of town and received the worse customer service in a long time. I showed my brother in law a bottle from Rock Town Distillery and told him it was from Little Rock so he took a picture of the bottle while my brother and cousin stood at the counter to purchase a bottle that was behind the counter. The lady working at the counter (said her name was Sue) couldn’t even make eye contact with us due to watching the tv above us which had the cameras on it trying to see if my brother in law was stealing. I advise my family that we wouldn’t be purchasing anything from that store and went to a different store. I called back up to 501 Liquor store and asked to speak with a manager and Sue stated she was something like a manager and had an attitude when I explained to her that what she had done was very rude and uncalled for. She had 3 railroad employees and a post office employee in her store and treated us as if we were common criminals. This was my 1st time in the store. Friendly staff and a wide selection of items. The only draw back was the employees were speaking Spanish and no offense, me personally I'm the type that doesn't like not knowing what is said. Other than that, this is now my #1 place to go! Keep up...
