It's sad that because folks hold a certain position in a company they feel invited to be rude and snobby, I shouldn't have never been told that someone is a share holder or corporate whatever Jr. Stated he was because the situation shouldn't have went that far. I ordered 2 orders of French toast sticks and a breakfast burrito, I had one order and a breakfast burrito, which is fine but my other order wasn't fresh let me be clear they where warm but not fresh and I know this because I order for my 102 year old patient every other day. But that's not what upset me because I was in a great mood but it's the way JR. Challenged my complaint saying oh no we definitely gave you two orders in which I informed him that I had no reason to make it up its only 4 sticks in bag and I proceeded to hand him bag and ask for two fresh orders in which he then stated oh are they not hot enough for you with a smirk saying they will be the same cause I cook fresh to order so they won't be any hotter. I didn't care I just wanted fresh food not a speech on how hot the food will be as if I don't know fresh food. My original order was hard all I wanted was nice crispy ones like I normally get but he made that impossible. Wait but after bringing my order back it was clear he re dropped the same ones the texture was chewy and hardSMH. Ive never expirienced such an annoyed sonic employee. Location closes at 11:00 I arrived at 10:40 had to press the button three times just to get someone to answer but when someone finally answered it was 10:56 and a woman came through the speaker with "We're Closed." I responded with "well I've been here for almost 20 minutes trying to get someone to take my order all I wanted was a couple drinks but okay I guess" then the woman said "okay." For one it wasn't even time for them to close yet technically they still had 4 minutes I know I'm not trying to be a stickler but 11 is 11 and 10:56 is 10:56 and it was two drinks. That's besides the point, a professional individual would have said, "I apologize but we are closed for the evening we'll be open again tomorrow at 6:00 a." Or something along those lines as well as to a response to what I told them a simple "I'm sorry that you were not taking care of properly let me get that fixed for you.. or I do apologize for that is there any way I can make it up to you?"
