Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Little Rock

I went there to grab a quick bite to eat, plus it's right down the street from my house. Now I frequently visit this restaurant and I get the same thing every time I go. I went there on Taco Tuesday, great atmosphere, full house! So I ordered my food to go but I ask could I sit at the bar to have a margarita while I wait for my food. Ok, I made it home, and I didn't get what I ordered. So u called the next morning, and the young said the manager was off and to call back the next day. I called the next day, and they said she's on break call back. I called back, and I was able to talk to her, finally. So I was telling her that I didn't get what I ordered, so we kinda went back and forth, but I was basically trying to let her know I ordered the same thing every time I came. So she asked if I wanted the beans and rice that I didn't get with my order? I asked her what was I supposed to do with just beans and rice? She said, "Well, what do you want me to do? I said you could give me a discount the next time I come. So we went back and forth again. Then she hung up the phone in my face! Now, mind you, I live right down the street and was on my way home, so instead, I went there. When I walked in, she was at the front, and I asked her why she hung up the phone in my face? With a snobby attitude, she said we were busy. I said ma'am that's not how you do people that spend money at you business. So, I started to talk over me trying to show me inside the menu that I ordered. So I let her talk and show me on the menu, but then I showed her what I ordered on the menu, which was on the back. So then she started talking over me, saying that they would make the order over at no cost. I told her no, but she continued to walk away, so I told the young lady at the register that I did not want the meal simply because she had to wrong attitude fron jump. Now, I remind you I was rude to her nor disrespectful. I will not be eating there again because I will not spend my money somewhere and be treated like that. I've never had that problem there before but again I will not spend my money...

Went there for my birthday and got a fried ice cream dessert for free and a couple of guys decided to sing and clap for me which was very nice. However the rest of the experience was pretty tough, as the chips and salsa were very bland and the chips had been held for a long time and had no flavor besides kind of a stale roast. My wife and I both got the lunch fajita and we immediately remarked that it looked very light in color for the skillet portion of the fajita where we thought it was just very fresh from the grill it turns out it just had not been seasoned hardly at all it tasted like fresh ingredients but it felt like it had no seasoning. No salt to be seen anywhere, no slice of lime was going to save this meal. I added salt and pepper to the meal and was surprised as it didn't really fill that lonely spice gap. Man I can’t tell you how sad I was that this place wasn’t like it used to be. This was me and my husbands go to place before we had children and finally we decided we were gonna have lunch here. Firstly we ordered and my husbands plate came out it was wrong he sent it back and they brought a new plate to the table across from us. They sit it down and the girl said that wasn’t hers. The waitress then picked it up and sat it down in front of my husband. 15 minutes pass from them bringing “the first wrong dish out” I still didn’t get mine. Finally when I did get mine it was the teeniest plate with the teeniest side orders ( if I could describe it • it was 1/2 of a kids meal ) lol 🙄😳 helloooo I’m starving by this point. Sooo annoyed I just went with it. We finish and get to the check out and it’s way over $30 2drinks 2lunch specials. I get NO RECEIPT!! Never Never again! And...
