Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Little Rock

WORST. SERVICE. EVER. I wouldn't even give them one star. They closed at 9, I was there at 8. I started my order with "I need a total of 4 pizzas", because I know as soon as I say "I need 2 pepperoni" they would walk away. The lady immediately told me "I can't do 4 pizzas. I only have three to get me until 9. I can't sell them all to you." I had 4 cars behind me, that's a total of 5 cars in line and three pizzas 🤔 I asked "So, you're not going to make more than the three you have?" She proceeded to tell us she had already taken the machine apart and cleaned it and she couldn't put it back together. So, I said again... "You're not going to make anymore pizza. You're turning us away, is that correct?" And she said "yeah, I can't give you everything I have". I left Stagecoach and went to the Bryant location, much better service. It's an extra 5 minutes from my house but it's worth the drive for the service. The high school kids at the Bryant location were much more professional and friendly than the grown adult at the Stagecoach location. I will not be returning to the Stagecoach Little Caesars. Also, I tried calling Stagecoach twice to place my order and they NEVER answered the phone.

How do you expect to make money, being a business owner, when your employees are turning customers away because they do not want to...

I wish I could upload the video i just took at this location. I orderd food on the all went to get it at the time it was said to be ready. the lobby is locked and closed so i got to the drive thru snd waited for 20 mins i drive back around and see employee with her headphones on ignoring everyone else outside along with me. we all go back to see the employees outside getting high. not even in the store. the young with twist came to the window where all the customers are standinf next the my car and refused my refund and told me I could not have it but the pizza that uas been ready for 30 mins at this point. I watched this otter creek location steal 3 customers money the customers gave up and left because it is not 8:42 pm as i type this. the lead manager a older lady with glasses cone storming to the lobby so inder the influence she couldn’t stop tweaking to type in the register. whats sad is there is not corporate office open to call. If this location is not cleaned up soo I know the next time I will call the police on the drug actitvity that me and other customers witness while in the store and on the clock. DO BETTER OR CLOSE...

If I could give this place a zero I would. I called over an hour ago on Halloween to put in a pick up order for pizzas that I needed to take to work. They told me that the wait was going to be 40 minutes and I said it wasn’t a problem since I was going to do a scheduled pick up for over an hour from that time. When I got to the location, they told me that they couldn’t find my order even though the cashier said that he put my order in, but for some reason, it didn’t pull up on the screen. The manager did not care at all and she told me that I had no choice but to wait. I told her I had to go to work and I couldn’t wait and she told me that I would have to wait at least 20 minutes for my pizzas. the cashier was so sweet was trying to make it right, but the manager literally had no care. no one was wearing gloves so they were literally spreading out dough and sprinkling cheese and toppings with their bare fingers as they were pulling different supplies from the back room without washing their hands. There was also employees in the back who weren’t even wearing uniforms they look like they just walked right out of...
