Bamboo hibachi express — Restaurant in Little Rock

I never give bad reviews because I have a business myself so usually I just let it go but I got some steak from the one on camp Robinson a while back and loved the food I thought I’ll find one closer to me I’d never eatin this other than that one time so I ordered steak and then immediately said wait can I add chicken they said yes as the two lady’s behind the counter were talking with each other while ordering . Then I sat down waited got the food walked to my car and when I did I looked and there was sauce all over the chicken I went back in and asked about it they said yes our chicken is teriyaki chicken I said ok but if someone has never been here before and just says can they add chicken to their steak why wouldn’t you ask if they want the sauce I asked if they could scoop out the chicken and just put the chicken with no sauce all over it in there you would’ve thought I asked for free food and a refund I paid 18$ for a Togo container of rice chicken and steak happy to do so but she snatched it out of my hand and was basically cussing me in her native tongue wouldn’t even look up at me as she thrust it back towards me like I was suppose to know everything about her establishment , I this I was yesterday I gave it a night to think about. Whether I would even review but she just was so rude did not care whatsoever how she treated someone and was offended that I even asked why the sauce was there but if she wouldn’t have been talking and gossiping maybe she could’ve asked do you want your chicken smothered in sauce? Oh no great thanks then this wouldn’t have happened but whatever other than that I found the food good steak you can tell is cheap and very chewy but that’s any place that isn’t a steakhouse it tasted good I would’ve love to give 5 stars but they don’t care...

I made a simple order by phone and had the associate not been laughing and playing while on the phone takong my order then maybe she would have been able to get the order right without me having to repeat myself several times! However I was given half cooked vegetables when I specifically asked that my veggies be grilled well!! In other words I DON'T WANT RAW VEGETABLES!!! That may be your practice but if I ask for something to be cooked a certain way I expect it to be right and if not yes, I'm going to request it be done again! If you have a problem with solving an issue then I suggest you get it right the first time to prevent double work or dont expect people to be okay with it. The food was hot. Our order was incorrect. We paid $21.15 for chicken and shrimp. We specifically called and asked for chicken, shrimp, and an extra side of grilled vegetables. We got the chicken and shrimp but got a side of eggrolls instead of veggies. Someone picked up our order for us. When we got the order and I called to inform them that our order was only missing the side of grilled vegetables, the lady on the phone stated basically it wasn’t her fault that the order was incorrect and wanted us to pay more money for a side of vegetables.
