Good Day Farm Little Rock (Chenal Pkwy) — Local services in Little Rock

First time at ANY dispensary, and I definitely won't be coming back here...

I just got my card for the first time and looked at the reviews for the different dispensaries in my area.

The front desk was nice and polite and made me feel welcomed while they got me set up as a new customer. However, that changed as soon as I got to the back.

I had researched what I wanted and placed an order for online pickup.

I went to the pickup area and let them know about my order, and they proceeded to ring me up. I noticed that what they were giving me was different than what was on the website. The website showed the gummies as 10 20mg gummies for a total of 200mg. But they gave me 10 10mg gummies for a total of 100mg for the same price.

When I pointed it out, they just said the website was wrong, didn't offer to fix the issue, or offer something else....

Also, when I mentioned that the website showed that I was supposed to get a discount as a first-time customer, the bud tender just looked at me and said, "So..." and wouldn't do anything.

Definitely walked out with the intention of never going back...

This isn't a review of this location. This is a review on Good Day Farm. This particular store has great employees and the store is very clean and nice. That's what they get stars for. The bad is the quality and price of their products combined with the lack of availability in other brands. The only brand really available for flower is good day farms or highway hotel (also a GDF product). They post a large range of THC contents on their website but you should always expect the lower end. It makes it look like a bait and switch. The GDF brand often seems dry and almost always cost more then other brands around the state. There are other far better places with more options and more affordable prices with higher contents. For example Custom Cannabis seems to be a great place. They have a wide variety of brands an choices for much lower prices. Another example would be Natural Relief Dispensary in Sherwood. I have visted all over the state of Arkansas when I stumbled upon this location yesterday. (7/6/24) the young lady reading a book when I walked in was AMAZING, best service of any I've ever been to with the most happy and uplifting personality. She was extremely informative and absolutely one of the only reasons I would come back! The guy that helped me immediately upon entering was a blessing he had me ready in a matter of no time. He was awesome and informative. However the lady that checked me out was lazy, rude and could care less of the customer in front of her. If she was the only Interaction i would of had at this location I would make sure to go elsewhere. However upon leaving the lady that checked me in was once again in a stunning mood. Before exiting the door, the employees I initially encountered had truly made me feel welcomed and made the trip great. I will be back ONLY bc of the host on 7/6/24.
