I've been sitting in the drive thru for an hour and a half. It's taken 15 minutes or more for each car just to order. It took 15 minutes to even be acknowledged at the speaker. I paid and sat at the window 15 more minutes only for it to open and the person to ask me what I ordered and then just shut it in my face when I tried to tell her. This was after I'd paid, gotten drinks, had a receipt and was waiting on the food. I'm *still* sitting here waiting on it. This is quality of the place and of the customer service you can expect. It's the most terrible customer service experience I've had in a very very long time.

“Only accepting DoorDash, grub hub, Uber eats, or mobile orders.” This Taco Bell is consistently the worst I’ve ever been to. Between tonight’s experience, a random “30 minute shift change - no orders” at 8pm, “we only accept cash at this time”, “our system is down so we can’t take any orders”, and consistently forgetting food that’s paid for I suggest they just close this location, or at least fire the managers who are running this location into the ground. I mean it’s so bad that this was posted in the window.

When I came in, there was a front worker sitting in the front of the restaurant. She just watched me order and I waited for my drink cup. She did not want to get up so I got it myself and it made her upset. She told me next time ask, I told her next time be upfront at the counter. I have watched her now watch other people come in and order and not get off her chair to help them, she just kept on her phone.

Very rude customer service, I ordered 11 tacos, she couldn't understand me the first few times I said it, I get it, probably accent problem, then she told me to pull forward, and there was a guy who handed us 7 tacos, I was like we ordered 11 of em, and then he said "no you can't change your order at the end like this" in an irritated voice, I explained to him that I said 11 of em from the very start, then the guy turned to the girl and said that we wanted 11 tacos not 7, and then the girl started shouting that first you ordered 5 of them, then you changed it to 7 and now you say 11, I explained that I was saying 11 tacos from the start, that she misheard me, okay I know this happens, I get they might not have understood my accent and stuff but that doesn't give them the right to be rude, like this isn't even a big issue for that girl to be yelling like that, and Taco Bell guys you need to put some money on your speakers, they're as good as trash trust me! please invest some of your...

!!!AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE !!! Why? The last 6 months this place has just gone down hill FAST. I WILL NOT BE VISITING AGAIN! I personally visited this Taco Bell when Im getting a crunch wrap craving. Not only did i have to repeat my order multiple times but the order was wrong and i got charged things i did not receive. I ordered a Crunch wrap and a soft taco with a cheese quesadilla. I did not get my soft taco. Not only that, I went to bite into my Crunch Wrap and it had NO MEAT. All it had was veggies. Seriously?! That and the taco shell they put in it was so stale it made my skin crawl. I promptly threw it away. I moved to the Cheese Quesadilla. The cheese was not melted at all and it was cold. Yes could have popped it into the microwave if i wanted to but what the disturbing thing was it had the thinnest sprinkle of cheese that it fell all out when i pulled it from its bag.

I am extremely disappointed and I hope no one ever has to experience what i had...

Let me be the first to say this particular location is the very best one I have ever been to and that includes the ones in different states. The staff at this restaurant are super friendly and helpful, they strive to ensure accuracy with every order. I have visited this location at all different hours of the days and all different days of the week because I am a patient at CARTI CANCER CENTER so I tend to grab some food from my favorite place 😁. I want to take the time to recognize a few of the people that make every visit worth while. A great big THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU GUYS DO, THANK YOU FOR MAKING EVERY VISIT A GREAT ONE AND THANKS FOR THE PEACE OF MIND, KNOWING WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER IT IS GOING TO BE CORRECT. MY SHOUT OUT OF THE DAY GOES TO TACO BELL ON S. BOWMAN DRIVE IN LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS, THE WONDERFUL STAFF THAT MAKE IT ALL HAPPEN: TAMIA, CINDY, KAYLA, LORRIE, DEE DEE, and JADAYSHA....
