pOpshelf — Local services in Little Rock

I ordered 10 balloons online because the site showed they were in stock in my local store. I went to pick up the balloons the next day, and there was a note saying they didn't have all of the balloons. I waited a few days for a refund and never received it, so I called the store and spoke to the manager and explained the entire situation. He informed me he would try to reach out to corporate but hopefully he wouldn't have to jump through too many hoops to get my money bag....I didn't like that response. 2 days later, I received a refund, BUT FOR THE ITEMS I DID RECEIVE, NOT THE ONES I DIDN'T RECEIVE. I called the store and neither manager is in. I will be calling the corporate number that was given to me by the store associate. I'll follow up with an update, but as of now, I'll never shop at popshelf and will be telling everyone about...

Worst check-out experience of my life. The woman standing near the check-out counter was not attentive, and I asked if this was where I was supposed to check out. In a bored voice, she asked of I needed help checking out. I asked what she meant by that, and she said, "Do you need help scanning things " I thought that was a stupid question. Of course she's supposed to scan my stuff. She works there and I do not , and there was no self checkout sign to indicate I was supposed to do it myself. She scanned and then walked away. I asked if I got bags and she boredly said my stuff wouldn't fit (but it DID). Horrible service. Don't waste...

I visited Thurs evening 6/13/24 and this was my first visit to a pOpshelf. The staff was so kind and professional. They greet you as you walk in the door, they offer assistance at the aisles and also at self checkout. I love this store. You can get a little something of everything here, like home goods, cosmetics, toys, households necessities. They carry my favorite cleaning products, like Mrs. Meyers and Method. I found a box of Glad drawstring trash bags, 25 count, for only $6, which I a good price for Glad. I will be returning because of the professional staff, good prices, and good selection...
