I must have gone on an off day based on other reviews. Since the ghost town dollar tree next door was bare of products I thought I would try the five below store and see if they had anything I could use for my valentine day/Mardi Gras holidays coming up. I’ve got some 12 foot skeletons and some 5 foot ones that I am decorating for every holiday and I was able to find a big candy cane for Xmas at the Bryant 5 below. I was at least hoping they would have some cute heart lights or cute decor for valentines. Nothing. They had some candy but zero decorations or themed items for heart day. I checked the books out and was able to find a cool quartz and mineral book for my daughter who got a rock tumbler for Xmas. I wanted to check out the journals on the same aisle but the employee who was straightening or stocking that area seemed annoyed by my presence on her aisle even though I waited until it looked like she was done to try and take a peek at the selections. The back half of the store is confusing. At first I thought it was some kind of adults only section like Spencer’s corner had by the way it was sectioned off and kind of had a weird entrance to it. Then there’s a giant banner made into a wall that says bargain clearance section but it’s actually just regular stuff and I guess they store their extra stuff behind this makeshift wall thingie. I dunno but it wasn’t my best experience so this is another location I won’t be coming back to. I usually have my regular stores and locations but these were closer and quicker since I was right there but I’m ok with just going to the ones I normally go to. When it was time to check out I was confused. There is no one up front and it’s just self checkout registers. I think the only employee was the person by the journals. Again I wish I would have thought to take pics or video but I had just worked a 12 hour shift so my brain...

I usually like five below, but as I walked in, the girl at the front demanded I leave my bag. I didn't mind leaving my bag, I just would have preferred a hello and a request instead of a demand. I did my shopping. Didnt really find much. The shelves were well stocked they just didn't have what I needed. I did find a novelty rose. I walked back and glanced at the electronics section. A man was stocking the shelves and glared at me until I felt uncomfortable so I didn't look in that section. I browsed a little more and made my way to the front to check out. While I was checking out, she accused a lady of stealing at the checkout. I used the self checkout. Walked back to the girl and asked for my bag back. She took the bag off the counter and went through it. The back that she had taken as soon as I walked through the door. The whole thing...
Read moreWorst store. Only one counter open and would not let us check the items out ourselves even though it’s self check out. The person attending the register is automatically doing the store survey for us and is scoring everything a 10 even though the store is unorganized. Security has to check the receipt even though the associate is the one that scanned all the items. The store doesn’t make sense to be open if it takes all of that just to get...
