I wanted to praise Skylar for the kind, friendly and professional assistance she provided! end of last month I walked in here to look for a surprise wedding ring which I literally needed in a 24 hr time frame!! yes it was unexpected that I had that time frame and i did ALL of my research online! I was visiting from CA and meeting up my girlfriend in Little rock, she was coming down from MS and we were about to part ways in just a couple of days, I didnt have alot of time to plan or browse multiple stores, so it came down to Kays Jewelers, Jareds and another jewelry place, I walked in here with pictures of what i saw as the perfect ring on their website, I already knew the size and thought itd be an easy in and out type deal however i was deflated to find out it wasnt in-store, I was told I had to wait a few days so they could bring it in! my blood pressure just dropped, I started to panick! =P
That is when skylar stepped in, she said no worries, I can try to find something very similar to that ( i thought yeah right! ) she showed me 4 to 5 similar rings in my price range, one of those looked just like the twist band style I was looking for but the diamond seemed too small, not like the one I had looked at, another very friendly lady came to help as well, we basically mixed and matched couple of rings with difference size diamonds with different clarity levels and price ranges until i finally found the perfect sparkling shiny rock I liked to with the ring! it was just a bit outside of my original budget but not too far off what I had in mind!
Even with the additional protection plan costs the overall purchase was very reasonable and very well worth! still after all of that was done to pick it out it appeared that it could possibly be a problem fitting the rock I had picked to go with that ring prong but the jeweler accomodated that elaborate work and promised to work on it and have it finished before closing the following day! ..... So just as they promised I came back the next day, it was ready and beautiful! needless to say my fiancee loved it! she complimented on how good of a job i did at picking out such a beautiful ring and of course said yes as she cried on the floor in tears of happiness!!! I could not have done it without the help of these 2 amazing ladies! from the moment i walked in I was greeted with a smile, I never once felt pressured or ignored as if I was just there to window shop, judged, discriminated or any other type of negative way but the complete opposite!!!
I want to thank the staff, the jeweler, everyone here in this store for coming through in such short notice and improvising as the original piece i was looking for was not yet in-store! I hope management is reading this, these are the type of employees that you need to hold on to and truly value and respect! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for this once in a lifetime experience! this too will 4ever be a part and conversation of my marriage memories and stories one day when I look back...
Read moreGood day to all who read this review. Let me start by first of all saying Jared's is the greatest place on Earth!!! Now this particular review is in response to the Le'vian showcase they held today at their Little Rock location in Little Rock, Arkansas. This showcase actually far exceeded my expectations!!! The ambiance of the building was very elegant but still managed to maintain the welcoming and homelike feeling that I've come to know from them. The collection on display was exquisite to say the least and the staff on hand as well as the Le'Vian representative Mr. Sam provided a level of service and courtesy that is second to none. Their attention to detail as well as the deals on the items offered from the collection were unmatched by any jewelry dealer in the nation. I've wrote reviews before but there is no way to adequately place into words the level of professionalism and amazement I experienced during my visit today. The pieces my wife selected were remarkable and of course the nostalgia that I felt while viewing the chocolate diamond collection almost moved me to tears as I remembered how much my late mother treasured the ones she had. Jared's in Little Rock has once again show why they are head and shoulders above any other retailer of Literally anything in the world. I can't put into words how much they impress me with each and every visit to their location and for those who may assume, no I'm not asked or compensated for these reviews. These are my most sincere and genuine reactions to the service I receive there at all times. While I can't remember her name however the greeter who met us at the door was so wonderful and pleasant. She even suggested wonderful dining accommodations for my wife and I as we exited the building. As usual Jen, Majida, and Nahil were on top of all of our needs and inquiries on the products and Mr. Sam presented the items from Le'Vian in a manner that was welcoming and inviting without seeming like an overly-eager salesman. What more can I say... if you haven't experienced Jared's off University in Little Rock, Arkansas, I encourage you to do so for all of your jewelry needs and I also urge to be sure to inquire about the Le'vian showcases as they are definitely a sight to behold and well worth checking out!!! Thank you to the entire staff and all who were involved with making the experience for my wife and I as wonderful and memorable as it was and always tends to be today!!! Happy and blessed holidays...

A few weeks ago my fiance and I went in and purchased a band to go with my engagement ring. We wanted the band attached to the engagement ring and they said it could be done with no problem. My ring was a size 7 and fit perfectly. When I went to pick it up, the ring was too tight. The lady helping me said it was because it was sticky from being freshly plated. Then she said it was tight because I had taken it on and off multiple times and my finger was swolen. She followed up by saying to wear it for a few days and if it was still fitting too tightly they would fix it. So, 2 to 3ish weeks later we take it back because it's still way too tight. We talked to the manager and the same lady. They told me they would have to cut off half of the original ring and it would cost me over $500 to fix it. The ring is a family heirloom. So that wasn't an option. We left. I went back in a little while later and asked them just to remove what they attached to it. They said it could be done and would be covered under the warranty. They same lady then tries to get us go pay $50 because the process to remove the band would yellow the original rings. I said I'd live with the yellow and just to remove the band. After leaving, the lady calls and tells me that to remove the band they will likely break the original bands and I would have to pay to fix it. I tell them to just leave ring the way it is. When we went to pick up the ring a little while later, we were asked to speak to the jeweler directly. The jewlers were amazing. I explained the situation and they were able to honor what I was originally told and fixed the ring. They did end up having to cut part of it, but gave me the pieces back because they understood the significance of the family heirloom. When it's something so important don't just accept the first answer the sales people give you. They will just try to charge for for anything they can. You can ask to speak to the jewlers. I can't thank the jewlers enough, they fixed the ring and I couldn't be happier. The sales people on the other hand were just an epic...
