This store sells outdoor activewear brands such as Columbia, North Face, Nativ, and Southern Marsh.

I read a review saying they were rude to a customer asking for larger sizes, but there is a clearly marked section of the store with larger sizes. Plenty of XL and XXL.

Also read a review saying that the person wasn’t spoken to by staff, but there is a staff member who stands at the door and greets every customer. The other staff is friendly too.

This store is like if you took an REI, stocked it mostly with styles that local Arkansas residents like to wear (lots of T-shirts and Sweatshirts), and squished it into a store about the size of the dining area of a CFA.

I am new to Arkansas and have heard about this place! I’ve been told there is a great gift selection and a great selection of brands to choose from. Unfortunately my experience today was HORRIBLE! There was not one single person who acknowledged me, BUT definitely talked to every other person that was in there. The only difference between me and the 3 other women that were in there, was that I am Hispanic! I have lived all over the world in different places because of my husband’s job, and we decided to retire here to be closer to family, and I have NEVER felt so excluded! It was the most uncomfortable and embarrassing situation I’ve ever had in my life! I will not be back, and I’m sure they are...

The staff is always very helpful here! They're all very willing to answer your questions and help you find just the product you need. They're very knowledgeable about their products. The management is very good about replacing defects and working to satisfy the customers. They recently have started carrying some boutique type items, and they are cheaper than actual boutiques. They have a wonderful selection of Patagonia, North Face, and Columbia. I would definitely recommend it...
