Rock City Kicks — Local services in Little Rock

I ordered a pair of shoes from RCK's website last week. They sent me a confirmation and a shipping update. The shoes have still not shipped, only now they asked me to send them a picture of my driver's license and my credit card to confirm that I am real. Not sure how my order got flagged, but their customer service is terrible. I have tried to call them endlessly, and I have sent numerous emails. No responses so far. I would advise anybody looking at ordering from their website to order from anywhere else if possible. If this gets resolved, I will post another review...

It’s ok to buy reps or fakes , but it has be your choice. Bought Jordan 6 blk… got it home and it looked funny. So I went to the mall and bought a pair from a real shoe store (champs,foot locker, finish line), the inconsistencies are too many to list. Tried to talk to the owner lol in my face and refused to return my money. His brother followed me out talking about “you spent your money, don’t be mad”. If I knew they were fake I would have never bought them. Yes I have pictures below. Will never shop here and will continue to spread the truth...

If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased shoes from them 5 days ago. They send an email to verify my shipping address cause it’s different from my billing address. I ask what’s the delay. Then they canceled my order for no reason. 15 hours later I still don’t have my money. They are trash. Their customer service is no existent. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy! They probably sell reps too. Don’t waste your time or money. Buy from anyone but...
