Wedding Anniversary was coming up and I "owe" my wife something nice because she claims I overspend on guns and ammo. Even though she buys Coach and Dooney purses whenever she finds out about a new gun purchase. She claims it still does not come close to what I have spent on myself. I did an internet search for emerald cut emerald necklaces and seen a very nice piece from a website I am not familiar with. This site also claims to not have any brick and mortar stores. So I made a call to Sissys and talked with Terri. I am super busy as I work 60 + hours a week and cannot make a trip to Little Rock without the wife. Terri started the process off via phone call and text messages and got some solitaire emeralds on order to choose from. She became sick and passed me off to Cassie. I didn't mind but having all of sudden 2 new ladies contacts in my phone could set off a problem at the house. So I told the wife to stay off my phone and don't answer texts or phone calls because I was working on her Anniversary gift. Wife agreed and Cassie and I got things going with this necklace. Cassie sent pics of the emeralds they received to choose from and we both agreed on the larger of the 2 solitaire stones. Then I sent a pic of the piece I was looking at from the other internet site and Cassie showed the on staff jeweler and told him to make it. The piece was done in time and got a text that it was done on our way up to Branson for the weekend. I drove north towards Branson and took a quick detour through Little Rock going all kinds of ways confusing the mess out of my wife. Then I pull into Sissys parking lot and she said, "oh my goodness what did you buy." We walked in and moseyed towards the back and I was seen by Cassie. She had the necklace already on a display neck thingy and the surprise was a success. This was a great experience and fun on my part surprising the wife. Now instead of me owing the wife stuff, I am now owed at least 5 new guns with accompanying ammo. Thanks Terri and Cassie for making this a smooth and very easy...
Read moreJust disappointed in the entire process. I wanted to buy a new Rolex that was clearly for sale, but they had to “approve” the purchase. So they asked me to leave and they would call me back to let me know if I can purchase the new Rolex that they already had for sale in the case. I live an hour away. So that was frustrating and insulting. I even called before I drove an hour to ask if I could come buy that specific watch. They said “absolutely!” I get the Rolex buying game. I know how it works. But they acted like I wasn’t a big enough fish to even talk to. If you wanna sell the watch to another high roller customer, go for it. But don’t put the watch in the case with a price tag on it trying to sell it. And no, it wasn’t one those “the dealer won’t let us sell these on this side of the case” Rolexes.
After driving 3 trips back and forth they finally granted me their permission to buy one of their coveted Rolexes. Which I did. With cash.
To muddy the waters, I asked them to sell another Rolex on consignment. They agreed. And I was happy to pay the 30% fee. They appraised it at $3750. It sat in their safe for an entire year without being seen by a single potential customer. Even after numerous conversations and texts that told me it was in the display case ready to sell.
When I called to get an update months later, they informed me the watch hasn’t left the safe for an entire year and they were sorry. But he knew a guy who would give me $2,000 for it.
Just shady business. It reeks of “used car salesmanship”. I was treated like a peasant from the minute I walked in. I guess they can get away with it since they are only 1 of 2 rolex dealers in the state. I have since bought another rolex from another dealer and the experience was much nicer. The way it should be when a customer pays $17,000 for a watch.
I seldom leave negative reviews. The rolex guy is knowledgeable, yes. But it doesn’t do much good when they insult your intelligence and act like you can’t afford to be in there.

Read moreI lost my mother three years ago and finally decide to redesign her wedding ring. I also wanted to use some diamonds from my grandmother. I chose Sissy's because of your name, but through the process I found that you are much more than just a name or a pretty blue bag! During my first visit, as I was looking around I was greeted by Dawn Tratz. I started to tell her my story. She listened intently, and with her warm smile she started to ask questions to get a feel for what I wanted. We looked at several things and I left. She asked me to send any pictures in the days ahead. I did that and went in for a couple other visits just to look and talk. She then set an appointment for me with Christo. During the visit, she helped me put into words all that we had discussed. Christo took my ideas, and made my dream a reality. I also met Ahmed in the process. They both are masters at their craft. I am in awe of their artistry! Dawn has been an absolute joy to work with. On each visit as I dropped by just to talk or look, she always made time for me and never rushed. I picked my ring up today, and WOW is it ever gorgeous. It is more than I can put into words. A treasured heirloom that I will pass on to our daughter. On our way home, my husband and I heard your commercial on the radio and we agreed that it truly is an extraordinary experience and you do really treat people like family. I may have chosen Sissy's because of your name, but I will return because of the overall experience! Thank you Dawn, Christo, and Ahmed. Lora Caery...
