I went there looking for a specific type of body jewelry. I was the only customer in the store at that time. I asked the sales associate for assistance. She acted as though I was a nuisance. I can only assume that this is because she had to put her phone down and help a customer. She opened the locked case and immediately picked up her phone. I love Spencer they have Kool things here I just wish some of there stuff wasn't so pricey and maybe I will shop here more othe than that they have great things here...
